Excellent customer service!
We ordered this two-pack of headlight harnesses for the good price and the ceramic material (the original housing for our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country minivan was made of plastic, and it melted and corroded after about 100,000 miles on the road).When we received the product, one of the housings looked great, and we used it right away for the repair, which was successful. The other housing, however, had a small defect in the ceramic which prevented it from fitting properly with the other end of the new bulb.We contacted Red Wolf’s customer support team and explained the problem. Red Wolf assured us that they would let their Research and Development team know about the defect, and do better inspections in the future to ensure this didn’t happen to anyone else.Then, they sent us a replacement two-pack, very promptly, at no cost to us! We’re very pleased with the quick and courteous manner in which their staff helped us resolve the problem… no product will ever be 100% perfect all the time, but excellent customer service definitely makes up for a small production error.Thank you, Red Wolf, for your wonderful service and high-quality parts! They seem to be built good was thinking the H9 halogen bulb would also be a direct fit, but you would need to break one of the tabs off the H9 bulb connector to make it compatible with the piggy splicer. I only needed it for the H11 bulb and one fit great and the other one’s groove was a little tight and would probably need to file down the groove for a fit. All in all the product is good in my opinion and would buy again

Solved melting connector problem
My jeep cherokee was melting the connector on one side. This solved that issue.

The product seemed to be of very good quality, however one of the ceramic ends was broken when it arrived so I was not able to use it.Nice long ends on the wires to leave plenty of extra when splicing them in.
