Disconnection sometimes or cannot connect to Bluetooth ?
1. Please reset the unit to factory mode. 2. Please delete all the other non-related Bluetooth connection records on your phone. 3. If no one else is connected to this device, ignore this device or disconnect the WiFi directly, and then reconnect.
Can the mirror and carplay be used at the same time?
Once connected to carplay, you cannot connect to others. To connect to mobile phone screen mirroring, you need to exit carplay or android auto and then connec to Mirror.
Will this car radio play audio through my car speaker?
Because the sound of built in speaker is not loud enough, so we suggest you can transmit its sound to car speaker, there are 3 ways:
1.Using FM transmitter, you can set the same frequency on device and car FM; 2. Using an AUX cable; 3. Bluetooth.
Does the product offer navigation functionality?
Yes, navigation through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, complete with hands-free voice control.
Why can’t use the CarPlay screen mirroring function?
Please enable the Carplay or Android Auto module on the car system and connect the CarPlay once via bluetooth on your phone. After the connection is complete, you can use the app to connect the screen mirroring function via Wi-Fi.

Worth the money.
Love it. Great amount of program support, easy setup, super responsive screen, and just all around great. Screen is much easier to see and use than my prior 8 inch add-on, and includes a side button for easy options access where as my prior made me back out of everything to get to those same options. Sound is amazing. Deep and clear with none of the BT stutter I had before. My one complaint would be that touching the map doesn’t enlarge it. You have to click on the app button instead. Touching the music side brings it to full screen though. Not sure what the design choice was there, but small issue in a pile of good things. Definitely worth what was paid.

Worked great for my convertible!
The unit itself works great! I was able to make it work for my 2011 Volvo hardtop convertible but did need to purchase a video cable extension and add power wiring for backup camera. This was strictly due to the extra wiring needed for the hardtop to function. I did buy a license plate mount for the backup camera to make it easier to mount. The only real issue was the suction cup would not support the unit on my dashboard. I was able to use a different one that I had for my cell phone holder that worked well. I’ll probably use the mount to permanently attach to the dashboard. It connected to my iPhone with ease. I only had one 12v outlet so I had to buy a aftermarket adapter to be able to charge my phone while using the unit. This is a great upgrade to older cars without CarPlay.

Got it, worked great for about 5 weeks. Kinda cool upgrade for older car. Connection was good, screen was good, sound was good. BUT. It’s now 5 weeks later and it randomly reboots all the time, like 5+ times in a 15 minute car trip. Now it’s done this every day I drive for at least 7 trips. So I am always reconnecting to Sirius and checking my phone while driving.. only a 30 day return policy so I am stuck. I wouldn’t recommend buying.

The screen is crystal clear.
A major reason for buying this screen was the 1080P backup camera. Before, reversing relied entirely on feel. Now, when you shift into reverse, the screen automatically switches to the camera view. The image is incredibly sharp, and the infrared night vision works great in the dark. No more worrying about not seeing obstacles behind you. Installation was a breeze too. Definitely worth the purchase.

Ready to use, great quality.
So far just setup and one trip to work. But for the money it way out performs. I installed this in my 2015 Ford F-250 Lariat with Sync 2. I literally plugged it in, it came on walked me through the setup with my iPhone and the truck side was automatic since my phone was already pair with the Bluetooth. Couldn’t have been easier. Now I will say I did not use the backup camera and had no intent to. So I can’t speak to that.

Works well but issues with touch screen.
It does what it needs to, it’s easy to install, However the far left of the screen only where the home button and apps are does not work.this means I can not back out of apps or my maps, if I enter apple maps I have end my route and close the app to go back to the CarPlay Home Screen, for google maps this did not work and I had to go as far as deleting the app. It’s frustrating but its simple layout makes it easy to set up and forget about.This may be a problem only few face but it happened to me and may happen to others. I’m sure I can get in contact with someone and have this fixed but I haven’t tried.
