Best solution for my needs
I really do love this. I don’t have to use the cupholder kind or the ones that attach to air vent or suction type that don’t work or the glue ones for the dash. This was a quick and simple attachment to mirror that keeps my phone out my way but in my sight if necessary. it is being used in my Ford F250

Not for all Rear view mirrors. (Too Big for my Tiny Rear View Mirror Adjuster)
I purchased this cellphone holder for use during Trips where I need my GPS. Its serving its purpose. But its not what I expected.As shown in the video that is attached to this review, you can see that this cellphone holder is unable to clamp onto the rear-view mirror of my car. I tried to get it to clamp onto my rear view mirror countless amounts of time.Since I have a few road trips coming up, I decided not to return it, and to find better use for it.There is a small storage compartment beneath the center console of my car. While leaving the panel of the storage compartment open, it is much easier for the phone holder to clamp onto it. Although it was not what I expected, I still find this product to be pretty useful.My main issue with this cellphone holder is that even as I’m driving and I hit the slightest bump it causes the clamp to loosen every so often, which leads to my phone falling along with the holder. Another possibility of why it keeps falling is that my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 might be too heavy. I think that this cellphone holder is meant to hold lighter cellphones.Other than that, I think if you are clever enough. You can figure out the most secure and convenient way to clamp it to any part of your car. It may be more steady than mine, depending on where you clamp it in your car, as well as if you have a different car than mine, many parts are different sizes. So try your Luck. Good and bad
I love this product so much I bought two for my car and my wife’s car as well.It’s secure and sturdy but the only thing is on bumps it props the phone downward and that can be annoying but overall it does good for gps.And also when you rotate the device you get the best results.

Phone holder
I like the holder, the only thing is that the nut that tightens it in to place comes loose and has to be tightened often. it is a bit of a pain but its nice to have hands-free device.

Great idea, beware of clearance
I was so hoping that this would fix my phone holder dilemma in my 2021 Ford Mustang GT. There just isn’t any great place to put a phone holder without potentially damaging the interior. This was going to be my answer. After playing around with the holder to understand how it works, I was ready to install it. The versatility pre-install was amazing, seemingly infinitely configurable. However, reality set in upon my attempt to install it. The issue is that width of the clamp (good for support) was too wide to fit between the rear-view mirror and the cowling for the cameras. When I did get it attached, I was no longer able to adjust the rear-view mirror to see anything other than the back seat 🙁 I tried clamping it to the gear shift and parking brake, but both proved to be too clumsy to use even if I was successful in attachment (successful for the gear shift, unsuccessful for the parking brake). I ended up adding it to my arsenal for use in my other vehicles. It is a wonderful design; it just doesn’t work with my vehicle.
