Easy to attach to window
I like this system rather than something that attaches to the vent where heat may be negative to my phone. I tried to attach to the side small window on divers Side. This was not good as the weight distribution may have be unbalanced and this holder kept falling off. I almost returned it. Then I attached it in the lowest point possible to my front window on the drivers side …this way the weight was more evenly balanced and to my great happiness has been great. It has stayed on and it sits in a good place and doesn’t interfere with my vision. I am a lefty so I like it on my left side. I suppose you can attach in the lower center of the window and be on you right. I think it is important to have it balanced and the weight centered for it to stay on and stable.

Melts
This lasted about two months before the suction/glue melted and the stand broke off because of it. Waste and not worth it

Quality pieces but shaky on drive
I do like the features of this product such as the rotating clip and the bendable arm, and the suction cup is quite sticky. The pieces function well and feel substantial. The only thing that bugged me was that the length of the arm causes it to wobble significantly if you’re driving on any road bumpier than a highway. The phone is clearly very secure in the clip, but it’s fairly annoying as you try to read directions etc. However, using the dashboard to fiddle with the positioning of the arm does help minimize the shaking.

EDIT: I still like it. In fact, I like it better as time goes on. I’m on my second one and I bought one for a friend too… However, the reason I’ve got a second one is because the suction cup on the original is slowly melting on the warm glass of my front windshield… If you live somewhere warm, this will probably happen to you too… But it is still holding on. I bought the second one as a back up. I may feel less sanguine when I have to clean off the sticky melted plastic from the glass, but so far, it has stayed stuck and my phone hasn’t gone EVER flying the way it used to with regularity because the old holder was too shallow and didn’t hold the phone in place. This does, and the suction cup has yet to detach, in spite of the slow melt…ORIGINAL REVIEW:I like it. It was cheap, so I am not surprised the bendable arm is a bit thinner than the one on my current phone holder. I got this because in the old holder, my phone goes flying when I hit a bump unless i remove it from its case.This has a very sturdy claw that holds the phone securely, but with the phone in it, the holder bounces more than I like when I’m on any kind of a rough or even bouncy ride.Have not decided if I like it better than the old one. That doesn’t bounce, but the phone has gone flying on more than one occasion.
