Please resolve the sound and Car OEM Car info you are currently experiencing based on the two scenarios above.
Please focus on checking LVDS and automotive systems on the back of automotive OEM screens
This is a very important information:
1. Please confirm your OEM system according to the OEM screen UI.
2. Please disassemble the back of the OEM screen to confirm the shape of the LVDS cables.
3. If your OEM screen system is 6PIN LVDS for NBT and CIC system, this screen is suitable for your car.
4. If it is 4PIN CIC system and 6PIN EVO system, then this screen is not suitable for your car.
Please transfer the fiber optic cable correctly
If your car has fiber optics, be sure to do the correct fiber optic transmission or you will not get the OEM information.

Use the OEM Bluetooth to Calling in CarPlay Android auto
If your car has the OEM Bluetooth, Please use the original Bluetooth to make calls when using CarPlay and Android Auto. No echo and high quality sound.
NOTE: This connection can only be used to get music sound when your vehicle has Bluetooth audio capability.

When connecting to the reversing camera, please follow the diagram for wiring

Great product for a fraction of the cost
Product was wrapped very well which was already a great sign on arrival. I ordered the screen with the camera as well and was extremely pleased with the quality of all parts. Product included some of the best installation instructions and videos which assisted for a smooth installation. Initially was having issues getting sound with car play but used the troubleshooting instructions and was able to get everything working perfect (didn’t realize I need to have the aux cable connected). Quality of the back up camera is great as well. System starts right up and connects to car play which is also impressive. Definitely one of the better products I have seen and for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend this product. Time will tell how long it holds up but first impressions are very impressive.

100% Worth The Money
This product ended up impressing me a lot more than I thought it would. The packaging that it came in made it feel like a more premium product, even though this is not that expensive compared to other screens on the market. I wasn’t familiar with this brand, never bought from them before, but I was not disappointed. I bought this in a bundle with the backup camera for a 2013 F30 335i. Everything was plug-and-play, and I had no issues at all once it was installed. I recommend watching the installation videos on YouTube. Just search for this product, and it will come up. The screen boots up fast and is fully compatible with the original OEM system so you don’t lose any functionality. You can even customize the startup screen if you want, so that it says BMW or anything else you can think of. One of the things that shocked me the most about this new unit is that it greatly improved the sound quality. I mean, the old system was from 2013, so it makes sense, but I didn’t think it would make this big of a difference. It sounds amazing. If your car has Bluetooth originally, then I recommend forcing it to use that Bluetooth channel because then you won’t need to run the AUX cable that comes with it. I installed it anyway in case I ever sell the car someday, but just know that you do not need to run an AUX cable if your car already came with Bluetooth; you just change the settings to use that instead. Great connectivity and zero fitment issues. It really does not get any better than this. If you are not mechanically or technically inclined, just have someone install it for you and don’t blame the product, but I had no problems with it, and all I did was watch a video on how to install it. It’s very good value for the money. If you are on the fence, I can’t recommend it enough, honestly. There is another screen out there that is way too big and looks cartoonish. This one is just right, and it’s centered on the dash like it should be.

This unit is absolutely fantastic! Installation wasn’t too bad, but I did need a video to assist with getting the sound to come through the speakers (requires the use of the 3.5mm audio cable attaching to auxiliary input in armrest). Functions quick and flawlessly. Display and sound quality are great. Hooks up to android auto almost instantly upon start up. I cannot recommend this enough! I’ve been doing my own car audio for over 20 years and this is the nicest head unit I’ve ever gotten for the money!

Installation easy, so far no issues
So far so good, installation was simple, but thats partly due to the BMW engineering. Instructions were clear, however if installing the camera, there are a few things. First, the camera does not come with the trunk release button, you need to remove the button from the OEM handle…if you have an after market handle it will most likely not fit. Secondly, the routing for the camera wire is not the correct path. BMW makes routing the camera wire along the floor board extremely easy, I would recommend looking up the video Kies Motorsports does on the installation of an aftermarket camera for correct installation.The wiring loom has a few extra connectors that are not explained, I guess they are for other installations. The installation video also shows the USB cables run to the glove box through a hole in the glove box, mine did not have this hole.The unit powered up quickly and after adjusting the settings for the iDrive resolution, it worked correctly. Additionally, you will need to change the audio settings if you have a Bluetooth connection so you can avoid using the aux cable, which in my installation would not have been easy due to a factor phone adapter in the armrest.As I have just installed it, I dont have much use yet but will update the review should any issues arise. At this time, this is a recommended product for replacing a damaged OEM screen or have a desire to have Android Auto/Car Play.

I was iffy at first, but now I’m very happy I bought this
This device is high quality and works seamlessly with my 2013 BMW 335i (F30). My car is an msport but without the rear camera feature, heated seats or HUD. I bought this to upgrade my car to touchscreen, enable Apple CarPlay, and have a functioning rear camera when the car is shifted into reverse.Everything works really well after the initial installation.I do have one minor issue but I believe it might be corrected in the settings. If I’m using Spotify via Bluetooth and listing through the car, I can’t use CarPlay simultaneously.If I enable CarPlay, I can’t hear Spotify through the car and can only use the radio and CD.But I’m very happy nonetheless. I’ll play around with the settings to see if I can get both to work simultaneously.

Make sure to test audio before reassembling everything
Awesome product; well worth the money. Huge step-up in safety, as you can access all controls and functions with the iDrive knob; no need to touch the screen. Boot up time is insanely fast (by Android comparison), and the ability to change the boot-up logo makes it look OEM. Installation is not too bad either.

La resolución es promedio, me parece que tiene buena calidad y el brillo es bueno. No es fácil programarla y el principal problema es el audio ya que cuando se empareja por Apple CarPlay, no se obtiene audio directo a menos que conectes un cable a la entrada auxiliar, lo cual no es muy fácil o estético. El resto de las funciones son buenas y se integra bien al sistema de BMW
