These were the better alternative
Firstly, I want to say that while I have nothing against the folks at EcoNour, with their variant of the same concept, I found theirs had its unfortunate and easy to fix flaws. I’m referring to the materials and sewing method used to encase the magnets into little pockets along the edges of the seams. They worked fine for the first 2 weeks but then started to rip and tear to the point that the magnets began falling out of place and would stick to the window frame, where I would have to look for them. The seams on this one by this brand for the suede variant I chose were done better. Upon inspection, I could immediately that being the case, as that was one of the first things I examined upon receiving them. They snap on a lot easier and seamlessly. I was worried that they wouldn’t fit at first, especially the two meant for the front windows, but they did, and flawlessly, compared to the ones in the back, but it’s disregardable for the back two. I ironed them with the steam iron, with the adjusted heat setting, carefully to get off the folds and wrinkles they came with because I wanted a smoother look, and they look fantastic. I have an easier time putting these on whenever I plan to leave my car unattended in the lot for a while in an unshaded spot at the gym or in an area that has its share of homeless characters roaming around, suspiciously walking by and in between people’s cars, obviously trying to peer in. Pairing these with my Rick and Morty Windshield Sunshade keeps the car cool and gives me a better piece of mind whether it’s leaving the car unattended for a while or even just when I want privacy to relax and eat a meal without prying eyes of nosey people walking by. My only qualm is that I wish the magnets could be just slightly thicker or that there was a few more added to the sides of the ones for the rear windows as they have more surface area to cover and therefore area they need grip to. I will come back to update this review in a month to allow for time to pass, and see if anything changes.

Awesome product
Pros: Perfect for camping or for some privacy while eating lunch in your car! They block out 99% of the light, you cannot see through these from the inside or outside at all. The magnets are “super magnets”, and not the refrigerator kind. They grab the metal in your door frame easily and hold on really well.Cons: they need one more magnet to go closer to the end, by your side mirror. They stop about a inch from the endn causing the curtain to flap if there’s wind at all.NOTE: these are shaped to fit a small to medium SUV or maybe a sedan. In something like a Suburban, they will stop like 4″ before the end of your glass.

Block out the sun and nap in your car!
I love these! On my hour long lunch breaks, these panels completely block out the sun from entering my car from the windows and they’re so easy to set up and take down thanks to the magnetic edges that stick to the window panels. Just get you a windshield cover and your car will be so dark, you won’t be able to not take a nap as long as you have a cozy blanket inside. It’s also great for when you don’t want shady strangers looking inside of your car when it’s parked. The shades fit perfectly for larger SUVs, but even with my small corolla, the drapes just hang down a little lower, which doesn’t cause an issue at all except they may get stuck when you close the door so watch out for that, but I don’t mind.

5 satisfied stars for this productReceived the package in few days – 8 days earlier than the estimated delivery date.Very easy to install on my Infiniti QX60 7 seater SUV – The magnets on the curtain snapped into place and the entire installation took less than several minutes.Note! The curtains are not the sliding type but the magnets are inside the material so easy enough to slide them towards the back part of the window without having to worry about scratching the painted part of the window frame (for ease of sliding the curtains, I would recommend holding the top front side of the curtain to gently slide the magnet towards the back). You can also easily pull it back to cover the entire window with relative ease.The installation guide does indicate that you can attach the curtains on the metal window frame of the door or on the vehicle door frame. I used my window frame and not the door frame – not sure how convenient it would be to have a curtain on the door frame while getting in and out of the vehicle but I guess that is a personal preference.Overall the look is decent (inside and out) and for the purpose of what I am using it for, it is just perfect -I am in my vehicle hours at a time in parking lots working on my laptop while my kids are in dance studios and hockey practices so having privacy and also keeping the sunlight away from the screen helps – and yes great for catching up on sleep…I can’t speak to the durability of this product on constant exposure to sunlight but with proper care, and for what I’m using it for, I am guessing it should be fine.
