1. How to solve the problem of noise or static electricity?
a. Please check if both the car radio and transmitter are on the SAME station. If not, please set both of them on the same station.
b. lf the audio still has too much noise or statics, please select another radio frequency, may the chosen frequency is occupied by a radio station or have too much interference.
c. For the best audio quality, adjust the volume of your car’s sound system to below 50% before connecting your phone. Then, connect to the FM frequency and your phone’s Bluetooth. When playing music, first adjust the volume on your phone to obtain the desired sound quality. lf the volume is still insufficient after setting your phone to its maximum volume, then adjust the volume of your car’s sound system to reach the desired effect.
2. For Bluetooth connection issues (Can’t find the Bluetooth name of the FM Transmitter; Can’t connect the Bluetooth; Bluetooth disconnection during working)
a. Please try to clear your Bluetooth pairing list on your phone. lf there are too many Bluetooth record on your phone, it may cause that you can’t find the Bluetooth name of the FM Transmitter.
b. Check the Bluetooth name of your phone. lf your Bluetooth name is too long, it may affect the Bluetooth paring with the FM Transmitter.
c. Please try torestart the FM Transmitter device and reconnect the Bluetooth.
Note: Upon inserting a USB Drive into the USB port, the device will automatically detect and play music files MP3, WMA, FLAC, APE, or WAV format. If you drive a Malibu car or some other cars that keep outputting power to the car’s cigarette socket/outlet after the car’s engine has been turned off, please be sure to unplug ‘NX09’ from the car cigarette lighter after usage to prevent your car battery from being drained.

Great Bluetooth Transmitter!
This is my second Nulaxy transmitter. I was using the Nulaxy KM24 before and was actually pretty satisfied with it, until I received the smaller NX09. It seems that the newer version of Bluetooth makes the difference. The sound quality has definitely improved and I have nothing to complain when listening to music, which I do mostly coming from the phone. I did try the USB as well as the card slot just for the fun of it and it works flawless. I just prefer to use my music library from the phone. Making phone calls hands free is easy and the call quality is crisp and clear, coming in, as well as going out. My NX09 sits low under the middle console of my car, yet the microphone picks up very well, although I have to say my car is also pretty quiet when driving.I like the quick charge feature since my phone has a Turbo Charger function.Matching the color to the dashboard is a nice feature as a bonus.First set up was easy, Bluetooth pairing worked quick and flawless. Once plugged in it finds the phone in no time. Downside in my car is that I have to unplug every time to avoid battery drain, but that is not the NX09’s fault, that’s the design of my car.All in all I can only recommend the Nulaxy NX09; it functions great in every aspect and has a very pleasing and user friendly design. I’ll stay with it until Nulaxy might bring out a version of it with an On/Off button.

Great little Radio transmiter for Alarm Clock radio
This is a great and simple Radio transmitter to use for sending music to a radio that has no other input connections. I have only used it for transmitting music to my mothers Alarm Clock Radio. This allowed me to create a SD Memory card with all her favorite music that she can wake to in the morning. It was so easy to set up. I’m sure it would work great in the car too. I did try it in my car, just to test it, then I connected it to a AC power adapter and placed it near the clock radio. It has been running for weeks now with no issue.

Works very well if you find the correct FM frequency
I have a very old car. I’ve tried FM receivers and cassette adapters in the past with no great success to get my music into my car system which sounds great with CD’s. What a hassle though to shuffle CD’s in and out of the player. This item came up with a good price on Prime Day so I thought I’d give it a try and return it if it didn’t work.It was frustrating at first since the instruction sheet is printed in a microscopic typeface. Perhaps I should not have read the Q&A section on Amazon either since some of it contained false or conflicting info. Anyway, it took me about 2 days to set it up correctly and trying to figure things out. Another difficulty was that the plug in my car is located so low, I could not see the screen unless I laid my head down to car seat level. I live in a city with 42 FM radio stations so I thought it would be a great challenge to find an empty space where I would encounter no static. By sheer luck I found a website (radio-locator.com) that did the work for me and I set things to what they suggested. I did a test drive with my iPod using bluetooth and I was quite happy with the results. I drove around my neighborhood, to the airport and to military installations. No static whatsoever! It works well with an SD card too but I’m sticking with the Ipod and bluetooth since I like to shuffle the songs. Now that everything is set correctly there is no need to fuss with the device. The changeable colors are a neat gimmick but I turned off the lights. Nice volume control knob and fast/easy bluetooth connection. Taking off one star due to the lack of shuffle feature and poor instruction sheet

Good for listening music and GPS directions
This is a reliable product doing what it is supposed to do, which is a hard to find feature in the market. I have tried this product after my previous transmitter proved to be a bad choice, and I was pretty happy with its performance. Overall, its small size and good sound quality makes it a nice buy.The sound quality, of course depending on the selected FM channel and the area you drive in, is good enough to listen music and GPS directions. Please do not forget that the sound is transmitted to the car through FM band, but not bluetooth (this is why you buy this product, your car does not have bluetooth), and this means when there is too much radio noise around you should expect sizzle, drops, or overlaps with other frequencies, just like listening a real radio station. I’m not sure there is much that can be done in this regard.The sound notifications (when selecting a mode, inserting a SD card, etc.) works great and this is very important since there is no screen to follow what is going on.The product is small and kind of classy, an important feature if you do not like to see a huge and ugly ‘thing’ (my previous product) while driving.SD card reader works good. I tried with only one card (different types may work differently) and it was fast and sound was good.I’ve once tried to receive a call using this product and it failed. I think there was an issue with my bluetooth connection. I’ve never tried again, so not sure if this is a serious issue.Recently I gifted it to a friend who is using it more than myself and he told me he was also very happy with the product.

El dispositivo es fabricado por Cden en China que es un compania que ofrece buena calidad y un funcionamiento correcto.Aunque existiendo pequenas interferencias por estar una emisora cerca de la frecuencia elegida en el dispositivo no se tiene ningun tipo de silbido o mala recepcionla conexion se hace en 2 segundos con el movil y se puede mediante un boton cambiar entre la entrada de micro-sd o stick o del movil, el modo de manos libre funciona perfecto podiendo con presionar el boton llamar el ultimo contacto de conversacion, en este momento se interrumpe la musica, escuchando asi por los altavozes del vehiculo al quien se llama….. plenamente bueno con bonita iluminacion Led!!!! Medidas son: 7cm altura y unos 3,2 de lado…quedando en 2,5cm altura despues de colocarlo en el enchufe del vehiculo…

Ma voiture n’a pas de connexion Bluetooth, j’ai donc décidé d’essayer ce petit appareil pour écouter de la musique et répondre à mon téléphone. J’ai passé du temps à me connecter et à comprendre comment cela fonctionne, mais quand tout est fait, je peux dire que la qualité du son est très bonne, pas d’interférence avec d’autres stations, pas de craquements, etc. Je recommande fortement d’acheter cet appareil !

Awesome! I got this as a test as I need it in all of our work vehicles, It was easy to set up and sounds fine. If you have noise or ticking sound, change the radio station, easy.It plays music and receives phone calls on both my iPhone and Android. When you start your car, it lets you know that it’s connecting and then that you are connected and also lets you know the vehicles battery voltage which is a handy piece of information giving early warning of a failing battery. QC is fast.Excellent product at a great price!
