Lots of light
Very helpful for backing in the dark- lots brighter than OEM. The hardest part is cutting holes in the bumper. The included template works fine but you will need a reciprocating saw or a jig saw with a quality metal cutting blade. Takes some patience.

Great light dispersion.
My driveway is quite dark at night and early morning when I leave for work, so I wanted something brighter than my reverse lights for backing out of my driveway. I measure and cut my square holes for these in the rear bumper of my 2017 Silverado, wired them up, and placed the rocker switch in the dash near the driver’s door.Massive improvement! Light now floods the driveway to the edges clearly, allowing for not only the side mirrors but the back up camera to view more area, more clearly. I’m planning to install two more in the lower front bumper on my truck too.

Good lights, and look real good
Very bright, Wire is long enough to reach the bumper from the battery on a Chevy Silverado, Wiring is very tough and actually pretty decently heat resistant. Haven’t been able to test the water resistance yet but they sure do work, I use them as fog lights.

Good quality for the money.
Pretty good self contained unit. The only struggle I had is that the wires from the harness were not nearly long enough to reach the back of a full size pickup. Required splicing in with wire purchased separately. If you’re prepared for that, these are a great buy and excellent value.

Wire is to short to reach front or back of truck so I wired them into my reverse lights make sure you put a inline fuse and will work good

After market backup lights
Used as backup lights on truck. Beam is more direct, not wide spread like I would have liked but at least I can see. These replaced the same size lights that were on the truck but rusted out so I didn’t have to cut holes in the bumper. Wired them into a 7 pin trailer plug so I didn’t have to mess with the truck wiring, unplugging them before conecting the trailer.

Good bright light. Paint peeled after only 5 months. I taped around housing and light then spray painted housing with rust paint and so far so good. Quality black plastic or nylon housing would eliminate the peeling paint issue.For $40 not bad.
