Nice product, but stopped working on the second day.
The first day after the easy installation I was very happy with the purchase of this device, but unfortunately the product stopped working the second day. I am very disappointed.I believe the problem is that the wifi connection was lost, I tried to fix it by disconnecting it from the power usb supply and also unplugged the wireless transmitter from my Tesla model 3 2020. I think a wired connection would be best for this device. I contacted the customer service support yesterday and he said that they will get back to me with the solution. I am still waiting for this.Hopefully they will fix it soon. If not, I will sadly return the product.
