After returning 3 other car charger mounts, this wireless fast charger car mount exceeded my expectations. The vent mount is secure & tight & It doesn’t wobble with my heavy Samsung S25 Ultra. Fast Charging also works. I’ll be buying another one for my husband.

This did not work for me at all it heated my phone up so hot it displayed a message your phone needs to cool down. Unfortunately it did it while I was driving down the road to see my mother in the hospital and i didn’t notice right away. May have to have my phone checked at the store. Did check with another phone and it did the same thing in and out of the case.

Everything you need in to install this in your car even a power adaptor. The charging cradle itself is really nice and well made. I really like the RGB rind that glows around the charging plate. A small button on the rear cycles through the various RGB settings. It has most of the standard car backlight colours included rainbow effects. It is not a MagSafe charger although charges the phone in the cradle via wireless charging. Perfect for my Dads iPhone XR. Two buttons on the side of the cradle activate the arms and if open it will automatically close them if you place a phone against the plate. I assume it has a small internal batter as even with the car ignition off pressing the buttons releases the phone. On mounting vent clip is provided however it uses a standard ball joint so if you already have a mounting bracket installed you may be able to reuse it. Overall , a really good wireless charger for phones that have wireless charging but not the MagSafe connector. It does work with MagSafe phones and i tested it with my iPhone 13 Mini.

This is a very good phone holder, probably the best I have ever owned. It is really really important to read the instructions first though.You attach it by winding out a metal hook and engaging that in your car vent. You then wind the hook back in and this tightens the phone hub against the vent, securing it very firmly. You plug it into the charger provided or your own charger using the wire provided. If you use your own charger you need to check the specification matches the requirements otherwise it may not work. Press one of the two side release buttons and the side arms extend out electrically and then when you put your phone in the holder, the holder automatically senses that and the side arms retract to grip your phone, again the retainers moving in electrically without you touching them. To release the phone you just press one of the two side release buttons. You can also move the phone to different angles on the ball joint connecting the phone plate to the hub and tighten it in your preferred position.The only disadvantage of this type of phone holder is that it holds your vent open in one direction and also places the phone into the hot or cold vented air. This might be an advantage if you are cooling the car on a hot day as phones can get quite hot, especially if using Sat Nav, etc. A slight disadvantage on a cold day if you end up heating the phone.If you have a phone that can be charged wirelessly then the phone is automatically on charge and the holder also allows for a charge cable to be attached in the middle at the bottom and it will default to this cabled charge method if you connect one directly to your phone as this is likely to charge faster than by the wireless method.I have only tried a few phones I own that include an iPhone and a Samsung Ultra phone. Both work fine and I think a larger or heavier or smaller phone would also work well.The holder is made and finished well and with a shiny black back plate that has an subtle but pleasing LED light that runs around the border of the back plate to enable you to easily locate it at night.A slight benefit of this one compared to others is the two side release buttons as many similar phone holders have a rear release button or only a side release on one side and in my view the side ones are easier to access and on this one you never get the wrong side as there is one on both sides.One of my phones has a case with a solid metal attachment on the back. The case is also quite thick. I was surprised to find this still charged but found the metal on the phone got very hot. Had I have read the instructions I would not have made this mistake! I found my phone charges at about 7.5watts with a suitable case or no case.So an excellent and good value solution to phone mounting for the vast majority of vehicles. An easy holder to recommend providing your phone is wrieless charging and your case is suitable too.
