Safety hazard, terrible product
Do not waste your money on this vacuum. After 5 mins of use it won’t turn on, wont charge and it keeps making a subtle popping rattling noise. Not only I’m concerned whether I can get my money back and ship it back as is, now I’m concerned about safety and how to handle it. Honestly I just want to throw it in the trash and get rid of it, but then I won’t get my money back of course.. absolutely terrible experience!!
