I’m 6’1″ and due to my height the support only covers my shoulder blades. I can’t fault the company for that. The product is well made.

Comfortable neck support
I have the pillow on the passenger side front seat of car. I like how it provides comfortable neck support. The car head rest is too tall for me, even when it is in the lowest position. This actually can be positioned so that it fits perfectly. Plus, it is comfortable for napping, without needing an additional travel pillow. Overall, the quality seems good as well.

Helps for modern style headrest torture
I think that car designers are trying to torture car riders with the way that they are making headrests now. I don’t think that they ever have to ride in the cars they design because they all have neck-breaking seat/headrest combinations. This pillow makes riding in a car tolerable and possible to do without being crippled. Every car needs two or four of these. They should just include these with the car. Or design the cars better.
