Magnetic convenience with sufficient charging speed
The mount works great overall. I didn’t use the included vent mount, but I was able to attach it securely to two different ball mounts I already had in my car. If you already have a setup you like, there’s a good chance this will fit. I just don’t trust vent mounts, though I see no reason why this one wouldn’t work if you need it.It holds both my Pixel 10 Pro XL and my wife’s iPhone 17 securely. I tested the charging with Ampere and got around 7–10w on my Pixel, which is pretty standard. I couldn’t get it to hit 15w even using a QC charger or a 65w PD charger, so either it can’t do that or it’s picky about chargers.It’s also very easy to use. I’ve had a cradle-style wireless charger for years, and the convenience of the magnetic connection is a noticeable quality-of-life improvement.The glowing blue ring isn’t really my style, but it’s muted and turns off quickly when not in use. It hasn’t been distracting, and I can see it helping if you struggle with night vision.All things considered, I’m happy with it for the price. I just wish it charged a little faster using my chargers, since it’s basically the bare minimum for running GPS and still gaining battery.

I’ve really liked this MagSafe car mount charger.
What I like the most is that I haven’t only used it in my car, but also in my studio. I often need to keep my phone visible and accessible while I’m working on different activities, and it has been very convenient.It has worked very well so far. I’ve been using it consistently for about two weeks to really test its durability, and I haven’t had any issues. I like that it’s magnetic and holds the phone firmly in place, no matter how much the phone moves or during sudden movements, it doesn’t fall.For the price, I definitely recommend it. It’s affordable, durable, and good quality. Considering the cost, it’s a great option if you’re looking for something that truly does its job.

Good but can be better on the phone hold
The car mount is easy to install and the charging qualities are good. It looks sturdy and nice. However, regarding the phone hold is not really strong, I have to remove the phone case (even the MacSafe) so the phone can stay, and I don’t even have a pro max; otherwise, the phone will fall, and without phone case it might get damaged.

Typical poor dash/vent mount on good Mag Charger
Mag charger works fine. Phone recognizes as “slow charger”. But I have repaired twice already. The metal hook that reaches into your dash vent has fallen off the mounting pad (back of mag charger). I have managed to fish it back in and get it hooked again. But it works itself loose in a few weeks.If it falls off again I may just glue the pad to a flat surface. Sad because in Florida heat I really need the AC to blow on phone to keep it from getting too hot. Between GPS, Nexar dash cam, and music BT to car phone stops charging unless AC is blowing on it.
