Amazing product!
This item arrived right before I was about to commute to work, so I was able to immediately put it to use. Easy magnetic “installation”— you just line it up with your window and the magnets adhere very well to the metal frame. It provides AMAZING shade without impeding visibility. The real test will be my late afternoon drive home, for which I’ll update this review. It fits well on my Prius and on a minivan used for work. I live in Florida and it’s late summer, so I can’t speak to car cooling, but the shade is more than adequate and that’s really why I purchased it. If you’re on the fence about purchasing, I say get them! I have no regrets!

Not great but it’ll work
It works…but the magnets aren’t very strong so if your child attempts to yank at the window cover they will most likely succeed. My child is not yet 1 year old and has successfully yanked it down a handful of times now. I ended up using some super glue to add some magnets that I have that are much stronger and that solved the issue.The quality isn’t anything fancy but it does do a good job at blocking out the sun should you have the solid curtain down.*** FOR DRIVERS THAT HAVE THEIR CHILD SEATED BEHIND THE DRIVERS SEAT*** the solid curtain blocks your ability to view your blind spot through the passenger window. The curtain closest to the driver’s seat will have to be rolled up to allow blind spot visibility to the driver. The mesh allows for some visibility but if youre someone that agrees with the phrase “better safe than sorry” then I’d recommend just rolling both the mesh and solid curtain up to ensure full visibility!

It’s acceptable. It does cut down on the glare, especially where the sun gets through the visor. It’s made of a fabric mesh so do not expect something sturdy. When I don’t need it for cloudy days I just slide it back so it’s still fixed to the frame that way I don’t have to realign it every time. One thing I just found out is that you can adjust the magnets somewhat within the fabric trim so they can attach to your frame where you need it. I do not recommend driving with the window down. The magnets are sufficient in a closed window situation. They are not strong enough to keep in place otherwise.

I had a hard time understanding how to install these without any directions given. I did get them up, and they work great at blocking light, however, i’m not exactly the biggest fan of the fit. They do seem to be pretty high quality though, so i’m not disappointed in the product at all.
