Smells good but just not enough
I ordered these to put inside of my sedan. I work from home so I don’t drive but only about two or three days per week. The interior of my car is black so I figured these would look nice hanging from the rearview mirror, which they do. I’m not quite sure exactly how these work, because whenever the lid is all the way shut, There’s not a lot of smell that comes out. I had to keep it slightly unscrewed to get a decent amount of scent to come out of these. However, I do like the scent itself pretty well. Overall satisfied that I got them.

Aromatic & a good value
These have a very interesting scent.There is also a technique for keeping your car/area fresh but basically, the inside of the top is cork so you unscrew it just a little bit, and turn it over for a few seconds to soak the cork, then scent emanates from the wood top. The instructions say to do this once a week to refresh, but I find the scent disappearing in just a few days, so I’m doing it more often.I get strong hits of the white tea and cedarwood, but not much linen. I personally find it to be a masculine scent, but a male friend who smelled it told me it smelled feminine. It’s also cool that I think when the oil is used up, I can use these for another scented oil, as long as it doesn’t clash with the original scent. Especially because it uses the inside cork of the top to soak up the scented oil.The adjustable cord is cool too so you can let it hang long or short. For $11 for 2 of these I think the price point is good. I think they’re going to last a long time.

Gorgeous Bottle, Subtle Scent
I was drawn to this car air freshener because it’s refillable and is made of glass and wood. I was impressed with the quality. The small glass jar has a nice heft to it and is aesthetically pleasing – decor for your car, if you will. The scent is clean and pleasant, albeit a bit faint. I don’t like things hanging from my rear view mirror (especially since my phone mount is directly under it), so I hung it on the rear seat ceiling handle instead. If you’re looking for a reusable car air freshener with a subtle scent, this is a great choice.

I always get compliments on how it smells
I love how these smell! They hang from the rear view, and just gently and subtly infuse the air with its luscious scent. I’m not always a fan of air fresheners as they’re almost always wedged in the vents. After breaking an air vent tab years back – I avoid those styles. Standard tree hangers smell okay, but they’re not long lasting nor luxurious. I’m a huge fan of these, and it’s been lasting for a month and still going. I suspect ambient temp may make this evaporate quicker or slower – but I’ve been garaged all this month so I’m not sure one way or the other – just a hypothesis. All in all? Love it. I always get compliments on how great my car smells.

Looked Promising, Fell Flat
These car air fresheners have a clean, neutral scent, and the glass jar design is low-profile but attractive. The bead does a good job holding the jar of fragrance oil in place once it’s hanging around the rearview mirror.I placed one in my car and one in my wife’s car the same day they arrived. Both cars are kept outside with no shade other than some early morning cover, and for the past week, our weather has been in the 80s.I followed the instructions exactly, but after six days of use, I still can’t smell anything from them unless I take them down and put them directly up to my nose. It’s disappointing, because the idea is great—an easy-to-refill air freshener using essential oils sounded like a much healthier alternative to artificial scents. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t deliver. I’ll have to keep looking for a better option.
