Headlights. Man, have they come a long way since the 1970s tungsten lights. To try and describe these units is extremely difficult. Using words like “outstanding”, “incredible”, “tremendous”, “fantastic” or any of the words you would use to describe performance you have never witnessed before, become totally inadequate. In my nearly 55 years of automotive experience, I have never witnessed such a fundamental change in lighting technology. These lights are nothing like anything I have experienced before. Why?✅ Extremely simple installation. Decide whether you want to use the 55 watt setting or the 85 watt setting. I set mine at 85 watts. Simply unplug your old bulbs and plug in the new ones. If your vehicle makes it easy to reach the headlight bulbs, installation will take around five minutes. If you have to remove the headlight assembly, then it becomes entirely dependent on your vehicle. Installation on my 2007 Ford F150 took about 30 minutes working at a nice leisurely pace. They fit perfectly! DO NOT FORGET TO AIM THE HEADLIGHTS OR YOU WILL TOTALLY BLIND ONCOMING TRAFFIC!!!✅ Brightness. Without a doubt, these are the brightest lights I have used 45 years. And I have used some very good lighting, even aircraft landing lights.✅ color temperature is 6000k or higher. The light color produced is a brilliant white very similar to daytime driving. This makes for a very restful nighttime drive.✅ Low beam distance. If you have aimed these properly, you will be able, on low beam, to drive 70mph and never overdrive your lights. At the same time, you should not be blinding the oncoming traffic. The way I verify this is to get out and walk 100-200 meters in front of your vehicle, then turn around and look directly into your headlights. They should not be blinding you. If they are, adjust them. These lights are absolutely unbeatable at low beam performance.✅ High beam performance. Hold on to your hats! The longest straight stretch of road near me that is suitable for me testing lights is about 3 1/2 miles long. These lights have made it necessary for me to find a new piece of road for doing this again. Roadway signs 3 1/2 miles in the distance were lighting up beautifully. Additionally, the roadside reflectors used by the snow plow drivers in the winter to delineate the ditch, were lighting up down the side of the road. Actual highway visibility was in the neighborhood of a mile or so. There’s absolutely no overdriving these lights.✅ No flicker. Just over-the-top photon-producing awesomeness! These lights must be seen to be believed. Photos or video can sometimes produce images that are overly-optimistic and can be downright misleading. My current camera equipment would not produce the quality of image that I would be proud to share, thus no photos. Sorry. In the future, if I’m in a spot where I’m certain of not experiencing intimate, nighttime contact with a semi, I will try taking some photos.I will finish up by saying that these bulbs are by FAR the best that I have ever owned. I’m totally certain you will feel the same way. They are super-bright and the distance they illuminate is unbelievable. At the 3 1/2 mile mark on my road, there is a slight hill, which blocks me from seeing the full range of these lights. Look for performance in excess of 3 1/2 miles. AIM THESE LIGHTS and enjoy the night drive of your life!!!

Great lights, easy install, bright
These were surprisingly easy to install and fit perfectly. They took me less time to install than I expected and didn’t require any special tools. The light output is incredible in both modes, easy to switch from 55w to 85w power boost and the fog penetration is noticeably better than my old lights. Even in heavy rain and low-visibility conditions, they cut through with a clear, bright beam that makes driving feel safer. The build feels solid and well-made, and I like that they run cooler so I don’t have to worry about my housing yellowing or wearing out too soon. They perform flawlessly, and certainly exceeded my expectations. Overall, a huge upgrade that I’m really happy with.

Built to last
I recently upgraded to these H11/H9 LED fog light bulbs and the difference is night and day- literally. These things are crazy bright, putting out a blazing 60,000 lumens! The dual power mode (55W/85W) is a great feature too- I keep it in the higher mode for back roads and low-visibility conditions, and it punches right through fog, rain, and snow like a champ. The vapor chamber cooling tech is impressive. After long drives, the lights stay cool and consistent without any flickering or drop in brightness. Definitely feels like a quality feature borrowed from high-end GPU cooling. They’re CANBUS ready, so I had zero issues with warning lights or errors on my dash. Installation was super easy- just plug and play with my H8 socket- and they fit perfectly into my housing.

Luxster LED > HID
i presently have an Apexcone 55W H1 HID setup for my BMW E36 that i purchased from understeer.com. after 1.5yrs, one bulb decides to burn out last Saturday night. i did some troubleshooting and after swapping bulbs, it turned out that one ballast supplying power to the bulb blew out. i emailed understeer about it to no avail. it’s been 5 days already.so i came upon these LED bulbs from Luxster. the reviews were consistently in the 5s, so i had to purchase it. i bought an H1 LED bulb kit from them on Sunday & received them today, Tuesday evening. installation was pretty straightforward and easier compared to installing a conventional HID kit. however, the fit wasn’t perfect. but after some elbow grease, i made it work. it fired up perfectly & to my surprise, the brightness was 10x’s better than my existing setup. i set it on the lowest setting at 55W. i have yet to test it on the 85W setting which i heard may cause some flickering if you don’t have a stable power source. it’s only a matter of time until i test its longevity & reliability. for now, i am very pleased with the light output. thanks to all the reviewers on amazon that swayed me to purchase this set form Luxster.

Super bright
I installed these as high beams on my 2005 Yukon Denali, and they are ridiculously bright. So far I’ve only run them on the 55W setting, and the output is impressive. I’m not sure why Amazon and Luxster don’t list my vehicle as compatible, because they work perfectly.I have them wired through a relay as part of my HID low-beam protection setup, and there is zero flickering. I recently added 6500K LED projector fog lights and also run the “all lights on” mod. With everything on at once, the light output is shockingly bright—I have to shut them off immediately when another car approaches to avoid blinding other drivers. The main reason I chose these lights is how cool they run during operation, which is a huge plus for longevity. I didn’t want hot-running LEDs raising the temperature inside the headlight housing, shortening the life of my HIDs, or worse, damaging the reflector bowls. One thing to note: these bulbs are polarity-sensitive, so make sure they’re connected correctly or they won’t turn on.
