Comfort and quality
I have several of these lumbar support pillows and this is buy far my favorite. It’s awesome for the care with the head rest strap. It doesn’t fall down if you have to move in your seat. The support is perfect. It’s not too thick or thin and the firm density foam maintains the supportive structure of the pillow.

Back support in a great form factor that stays in place
I purchased three (3) back supports in total and started using the one as it had the smallest footprint and was able to be easily affixed in place, given the straps. The small footprint is nice because it allows the ventilation, provided by my seats, to still provide as much air to my back, which is helpful in the hot summer. I also like that it can be stuck in place with the two (2) sets of straps and provides pain relief for my back as my spine was being pressed by my seat due to lost of body fat. It has a very firm but soft support and satisfies my expected functionality of pain relief, comfort, and not causing my back to overheat in the summer.I ended up not even trying the other two (2) supports and promptly returned them.

Didn’t work for car but worked great for office chair
It didn’t work well for me in my car because I didn’t feel like I sit back enough to really feel the support.However, I ended up loving it for my office chair, where I can sit with it more comfortably! I just moved the vertical straps out of the way and it says on great with the horizontal straps. It’s great for lower lumbar support and is well made and firm.

Simple and nearly perfect
Does what it says it does. Easily adjust up/down to find the right spot. Second strap down low to keep it from sliding down as you get into your seat. Grippy stuff to help keep it from sliding side to side.Wish that it was a little more firm or thicker. But I an easily slip something soft behind the pillow to do this. The grippy stuff does squeak on the leather seats when you first sit down, but I don’t think it continues.

Definitely worth it in my opinion
Has been such a worthwhile purchase since I started making deliveries with my car. I’ve got it tucked under my seat cover, which also has a little cushion, and my back has felt so much better. Really appreciating the headrest strap so I don’t have to constantly adjust it, unlike the last one I had.

Not as comfortable as I hoped. Caused extreme discomfort at times.
Works okay. At times it caused more pain than as if I hadn’t used any support. Luckily it is adjustable, but not as easy as I had hoped. It also is not as cool as I expected. Not sure how much I will be using this cushion. Might be trying something different.

Great back pillow. Not too thick. The straps are nice but I use it on the couch, in bed, in the car, on the chair, on the airplane. I move it all around from place to place. The straps are kind of a pain so I cut them off so they weren’t hanging down all the time and getting in the way.. I love the size of the pillow though. It works great!
