Great comfort to my back!
Good pillow for the car. I drive alot for work and my lumbar is always aching. Upon receiving this it provided a really good relief to my back. It has great shape retention, in which when I get off of it it will go back to its original shape but keeps firm when I am sitting against it. The design fits the exact curvature of my lower back. So overall, I’m happy with it and recommend.

Works Good
This Lumbar Support Pillow from Dapucarin works good as it was designed for, however for me and for my particular car, it feels a bit abnormal and more cumbersome to drive with than without. Maybe because it is packed full and larger than some on the market, but for me, I have to put this standing upwards and not laying as it should normally be, and though the material, color, durability and thickness are all on point and designed for the masses and should work for most, just not for me. Would still overall recommend this and the inclusion of the tab to tuck into your seat is a neat addition and works good!

I picked this up to use on a 2300 mile round trip to PA to support my lower back and neck for those long hours in the car. I was very satisfied with the support it provided to my lower back especially. It fit the seat well in my Avalon and the color matched my seats nicely. The pillow held up to the 42 hour journey well and is ready for the next opportunity, though I’m not just yet. Overall, these cushions worked well and kept me pain free on the road adventure.

Surprisingly Supportive and Super Comfortable
This lumbar pillow really impressed me. The quality is solid and it adds a nice amount of support without being overly firm. I honestly expected it to flatten out quickly but it’s actually quite fluffy and holds its shape really well, even after daily use.It’s super easy to use.Just pop it behind your back and you’re good to go. I’ve used it in both my car and my computer chair and it works great in both setups. The size is just right for adult use, giving enough coverage and support without being bulky or awkward.Very comfortable overall and it’s quickly become a daily go-to for long drives and long hours at the desk. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for extra lumbar support with a bit of comfort built in.

Absolutely horrible design. The cushion gets very deflated over time and the memory foam inside is basically non-existent after 2 months of use. I purchased this in July 2025 and it is August 28, 2025 today. I have to throw this away because it is now outside of the return window. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Quality product that didn’t fit my situation
I was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis, a lower back issue. Long car rides can be quite uncomfortable. I was hoping to replace a full back pillow, which is noticeable when I’m not in the car, with this compact lumbar option. Unfortunately, this does not work for me in my particular situation. It is too thick, and I just can’t find a good position for it to work.So, I cannot comment on pressure relief, support, or pain relief because I am not able to use the product for my needs.I will say, though, that it is well made, and I will keep it for situations where it might help fill that gap space in certain chairs.

Lo estoy usando para el coche y la diferencia se nota un montón, sobre todo en trayectos largos. Antes acababa con el cuello cargado y ahora voy mucho más cómodo. Se adapta bien al asiento y no se mueve, incluso cuando me echo un poco hacia atrás.La espuma tiene el punto justo de firmeza, ni dura ni blanda, y el material se ve de buena calidad. Eso sí, si eres muy alto, puede que te quede algo bajo y no apoye del todo donde necesitas.También lo probé en la silla del escritorio y va igual de bien.
