Comfortably fills the gap!
It perfectly fills the gap where most chairs lack support, providing just the right amount of firmness and comfort. Since using it, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my lower back fatigue, and it may even be helping with some potential sciatic nerve issues I was experiencing. The pillow can also be compactly rolled back up into its original bag, which was a lifesaver for me on a long flight!

After a cpl weeks of taking this product through just about everything I can honestly leave a positive recommendation. Due to the nature of my job this cushion has served me well over various sizes of speed bumps, pot holes, rough county road railroad tracks, uneven roads with dips that cause major jarring of the back, concrete to gravel drop offs, and just about anything you will drive over. I do this 8-12hrs daily!! No back soreness. 👌

It’s made a difference
The sedentary lifestyle… what’s the expression, now? Oh yeah: “Sitting is the new smoking.” Too much time sitting for my job, as well as getting up there in years, I’ve been dealing with lower back pain on my left side. I read a bit on this issue and kept seeing recommendations for a lumbar support pillow. Well, I have a great SecretLab desk chair — that I spent entirely too much $$ on — and it came with one. Initially, it was just awkward and uncomfortable so I stashed it… at least I thought I did. I couldn’t find it anywhere, so I picked up this little guy on a whim. I’ve been using it for about a week now and it’s actually made a difference. The lower back pain has really minimized. Some add’l points:* It takes a bit to get used to. I’ve had to alter my sitting position in the chair, to accommodate. This initially put a bit of strain on my “glutes.” So, I’ve needed to shift in my chair every so often to get comfortable again.* You’ll need to reposition it periodically. It tends to slip around a bit because there’s no strap on it to hold it in place.These things aside, it’s been a decent help to my back pain. So, why knock off a star? It’s a little, 16″ wide by 8″ high pillow… $19 is a little steep. (But, I guess I’m being a bit hypocritical… $19 for something that’s making me feel less pain is a pretty good deal, right?)

My husband is a big man who suffers with Paget’s Disease in his middle and lower back. This cushion was too big for him to use comfortably while traveling. He will try it again once we get home; but it left him hurting worse after trying it while driving over the holidays. It appears to be well made. It may work better for neck support than it did for his back.

Using it for driving and really like it
I bought this for driving our SUV. Most similar items I bought in the past were just too big. I’m 6′ and around 200 lb and this works great. I position it when I get into the car. I’m glad I’m not locked into one position. Would definitely buy again.

PAIN RELIEF!!!!!
I have degenerative disc disease on my L5, S1 disc with sciatica and drive for a living. The company car I drive (Ford Escape) has ZERO lumbar support and I would start to ache and my sciatica would flare up after an hour of driving. I gotta say that this pillow has made it SOOOO comfortable to drive now. I love that it’s not too big that it pushes me closer to the steering wheel and shorten my thigh support on the seat, the memory foam molds to my back and it’s not too firm, that little bump in the middle supports my spine, and the width of the pillow supports my hips. 5 stars!! Highly recommend it!

Worked great until the weather turned cold (freezing, zero degrees Celsius and below) at which point it turns into a stone hard blob. So if you are blessed with above zero temperatures all year around, it is a fine product. If you have cold winters and you want to keep using it in your car, it’s not going to work.
