Update the 2nd- After posting my update and reducing the rating, support reached out to me. A bit of back and forth later, and they had a fix for me that while not straightforward, wasn’t too hard to implement. After several days of driving with it, the connection has held steady. I do still take a star off for not having an easier way to find support.Update- This screen has completely stopped working. So I had to downgrade it to one star. A device should last more than 2 months.I’ve had this for about 2 months or so. At first, this was working great. Over the past week or so, it has started disconnecting from my phone, then reconnecting. I’ve reset the connection, restarted the phone, all the normal troubleshooting stuff my 26+ years in tech support have taught me to do. There’s no online presence for 25Hours, so I can’t check for firmware updates or anything. When it works, it works well. The problem is that the momentary interruptions I’m getting now are really frustrating.

Fits well, worth the price
Super easy to set up. It includes it’s own dash cam and rear cam, which saves a lot of space on my dashboard. It’s not android based, but lag is minimal and the camera integration works well. It fits well even on small cars, just make sure there’s a good, even spot to put it on.

Flaws, bugs, problems, irritating issues trying to use product.
After purchase and unboxing. Tested at home and worked well. Had this for 2 months now. Today after adjusting to daylight savings time. This auto dock kept knocking android auto offline going straight to the home screen. (About every 5 minutes) ALL day long today.I dont have those problems with my dodge charger and U connect running android auto (AT ALL)Something is going on with this device using wifi direct and Bluetooth. My phone runs stupid slow when connected to this device.Now this auto dock just keeps crashing android auto….. idk.But If it keeps doing what its doing, im going to return the product in its original shipping box and dispute transaction to get my full refund no re stocking fee. Some ones about to get hosed by this product, and I promise it wont be me. Until I figure iut what’s causing the problems, dont buy this product thank me later.
