Strong heavy duty bike carrier
This unit is awesome works as advertised no issues whatsoever with the lever to move it up and down. My tailgate opens fully when this is tilted downward 45 degrees. Holds the bikes steady. Front tire J clamps slip under the front fenders and hold sturdy. Don’t have to worry about someone trying to steal this with the way the receiver pin screws in and locks. Do yourself a favor and install the carrier in your hitch receiver and put all the parts on, doing it this way is quicker and one person needed. Learned that from a YouTube video. Also the bike carrier closest to the car/truck I moved further out so the lever would not hit the front tire J clamp. I think that is where people complained about lever not working properly (maybe)

Super easy to use and sturdy!
This bike rack is outstanding. Very solid and the bikes did not move at all. It’s easy to put them on and take off. So far no complaints.

Nice hitch bike rack, with potentially some issues for your car
Very well made, solid, easy to assemble, and extremely heavy. However, I had an issue with it. It was supposed to fit my 2020 RAV4, but I could not fold it up and back down again. When not is use and you want to fold it up and lock it close to the car, you need to swing out one the of holder arms to get to the locking handle. The rack was too close to my car, once folded up. There no room to swing out the arm to get to the locking handle to release it back down. I ended up scratching up my bumper to be able to release it back down. I was not very happy about that.I consider this both a design defect and misleading information on what cars it will work on.To get it to work properly, I had to buy a hitch extension, to push the rack farther away from my car. Also, as mention, it is very heavy, and may be an issue for some people to lift it to insert into your trailer hitch and remove it later. I do not think there is any worries about someone stealing this off you car hitch. ha ha

Strong and sturdy with one but.
This hitch rack is sturdy and very secure for our lectric ebikes. The bikes ride nice and secure especially for their weight. One note:We have a 2013 f150 and had to by a hitch extension to be able to fold it up when not loaded to be be able to clear the bumper.A small, easy, inexpensive fix available also here on Amazon from 20 bucks.

Bikes
I got this from my Ford expedition. I wanna be able to put bikes on the back. It has a tow hitch I wanted to use. It seems real straightforward to use similar bike racks I’ve seen before. Feels decently sturdy. I like the overall design. Seems like it’ll be good to have a few bikes on it. I like the overall looking fuel. I think it looks good. Hopefully this will work. Just make sure it’s compatible for your car.
