My carplay screen is the newest version, but I cannot do iPhone screen mirroring ?
1 . Please turn off your Bluetooth and wifi, and restart your phone again. After you turn on your phone, please directly follow the user manual to use the mirror link function. And for the mirror link, you don’t need to open the Bluetooth.
Do I need professional installation for this car stereo, or can I install it myself?

The carplay screen can not play music out the device. It can not connected to my actual car speakers
1. Please try to use the car bluetooth or FM transmission or aux cable to transfer the sound to your car speaker for better sound quality . You can also refer to page 14 on the user manual for detailed setup.
Product does not work well and tends to lag , how can I solve it ?
Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal.
Please restore the factory setting First .You can do it through – “Settings-Basic setup-Restore Factory Set-Yes”
Restart the machine and Phone , then reconnect it.
Disconnection sometimes or cannot connect to Bluetooth ?
1. Please reset the unit to factory mode.
2. Please delete all the other non-related Bluetooth connection records on your phone.

I like that it has multiple ways to connect to my Carplay screen for car. So it even works on older cars that don’t have Bluetooth but only have a radio. Really nice, and easy to use. Wireless CarPlay works great, and screen mirroring works great. Very simple to use, and it’s nice to have a screen to show my maps instead of my phone, which is what I wanted. For the price, it’s worth buying.

Great product, but check the touchscreen when you receive it.
This seems to work well, especially for the cost, but the first one I got was a dud. Specifically, the top ~1″ of the touchscreen didn’t respond to touch. I’m returning it for a replacement. However, other than that this is a really good way to add Android Auto to an older car. I initially thought it wouldn’t be much better than just mounting my phone somewhere, but it is definitely a better option as far as convenience and appearance.I’m only giving it four stars because there are a few minor annoyances with the purchase though:- There doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the top-level settings while it is already connected to your phone. So, for example, you can’t adjust the equalizer settings while listening to music. You have to disconnect your phone first.- The top 1″ of the touchscreen on my first unit didn’t respond to touch (so I’m returning it).- The support email address in the instruction manual bounces back as invalid.- The support email address on the Heiha web site doesn’t respond.Other than that, though, I’d recommend this. If you end up with a dud, just return it for a replacement.I attached a few images on how I mounted this in a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I used the included suction cup mount, and attached it to a 3.75″ Adhesive Dashboard Mounting Disk (~$10 on amazon) that I stuck to the dashboard. It seems to fit well (overlapping my CD player) without obstructing my view of the road. (I still need to work on the cable management though).

Not loving it
We live in a rural area and the bluetooth will VERY often cut out. It works great for navigation and phone calls, all though once in a while the phone will also cut out.

For the price this is a good product. There are some very noticeable flaws out of the box. The first and most noticeable is the display has a noticeable blue shift. Although it appears you can adjust the hue in the display settings it is not possible. You can adjust the brightness, contrast and saturation. If you can live with the very blue display, I’m not sure I can yet this is a good product. Setup is very easy but is not quite intuitive. The paring process with my phone did not work as designed. The pairing code came up in my phone, but never on the display. After a few ambiguous taps on the screens, the phone a display were paired. The Bluetooth integration with the car works through the original device which I thought was a great feature. Is it a great product, no. It is worth the economical price, I think so. Whether it is a lasting product I will continue to use, that is up in the air.
