The best detail spray I’ve used
I think this detail spray is better than others I have used, due to the ceramic feature. I’ve used SpeedShine and several other detail sprays and they were okay. I am very picky about what goes on my car’s paint and this is the one I by over and over.The Griot is an economical buy that removes almost anything that gets on your paint. It shines very well and water beads on it well. I do use a duster before cleaning with this detail spray to remove dust, etc. I’ve also used this spray on glass, it works okay, but you have to keep polishing the glass with a clean rag to remove all of the residue and streaks. Window cleaner works better.Overall this spray is an excellent detailer I would recommend to anyone who wants to preserve their paint. My car (Porsche Cayenne S) is 13 years old and the paint still looks like new.

This stuff is great!
Prior to this product, I used Maguires ceramic spray and thought it was very good but honestly Griot’s is much better. This is REALLY good stuff and so easy to use. I mean all you do is spray it on and wipe it off. It’s 100% dummy proof and works extremely well. After thoroughly washing my truck I put it on half my hood as a test. A week later I had my Ranger Raptor (Azure Gray tri-coat) in a rain storm. Pulled it into the garage and right away noticed the half that had the ceramic coating beaded right up. The other half of my hood was a mess. Even when it dried it looked like I just applied it. I then did my wife’s white Mercedes which had never been waxed in 6 years. There is no way I thought it could look showroom new but that’s exactly how it looked. Actually, maybe better than showroom new. She has heard many comments on how beautiful her car looks. It is a flat out excellent 5 star product!

I like griots. Their bottles are the best and the products are good. The scent of this product is nice and it can be used on wet or dry vehicles. It applies effortlessly. Four stars as it doesn’t leave a very slick finish. Also is smeary on glass.

I Never have seen a car shine like this!
For about 60 years, I have been driving, washing, and waxing cars I’ve owned, and I have never seen a shine this bright! First, my review is about the shine from using this product on the body only. I can’t comment on the tires or glass or anything else except the body. Secondly, my car is 1 year old, and I had it ceramic coated by the dealership. Fyi, before this car, I leased the same make, BMW, and had it ceramic coated so I wouldn’t have to wax my car, and it was amazing! Water beaded on the car for the 3 years I had the lease. Now, with my new car, it looked great before I used this product, which I tried, because my car is Black, and a day after it’s washed and in my garage, it would get dusty! I HATED that! Moving on, after washing my car, and WHILE WET, I applied this product section by section, in my garage, out of the sun and heat. I had a bucket of clear clean water to dampen sections that were drying out before continuing. You can use this product on a wet or dry car. I chose the option to apply while wet, because, from the video, it seemed to look better and require less wiping and buffing when applying to a wet car. I didn’t think the car could shine any brighter, but it was noticably more shiny and smooth looking! Like just off the showroom floor! AND dust does not collect like before! Just a minimal amount you can’t really see, and when I wipe it with microfiber towels, then buff it with a ‘Haze Removal’ towel, it looked like I had just washed the car and used this product! Now, I did buy an Extra Large Griot PFM drying towel for about $40, and I’m glad I did! (watch the video!) When done applying this product to a cool car surface and not under the sun, you need to let it cure for 24 hours. That is, don’t let it get wet and/or sit in the hot sun until after the curing period! Finally, it’s so good that I just ordered a gallon! The 22oz. bottle is half full now, so a 4-door sedan takes about 11 ounces. I intend to apply this product to my car every 3 months, so I need a gallon. Bottomline, I am VERY pleased with this product!

Must have for short term protection, down side is only grabby on initial application, need to wait 24 hours to fully cure to have great candy like gloss. I always keep one bottle in my car

I have used every brand of product, this is the best I have used! I washed my car using the same companies synthetic clay sponge, that was incredibly easy as opposed to old fashioned clay bars.The cars finish is incredibly shiny, it is a2020 and people are constantly asking me how I keep it looking better than new, this stuff is amazing!
