What will Goldilocks say about this Greenworks power cleaner? I’m betting on just . . . . .
Great water pressure even though the compact size is light enough for Goldilocks to use. Use could be the wrong word. I have been playing with it and writing messages on the pool deck and having fun! So convenient with the hose that can be dropped into a bucket of water (or pool, that might be bad, idk) instead of having to stay within the garden hose distance. Works well on the bricks at bottom that have been darkened by the rain and bad weather. Who knew the bottom bricks were the same color as the rest? Holds charge very well and the soap dispenser is easy to fill and use. Cleaning power of the big heavy ones that have to be hauled out and plugged in (yay! water and electricity what could go wrong?) and it is fun to use. My sidewalks and driveway have never been cleaner or happier now that WASH ME has been washed away. Great price. Great size. Must be JUST great! Goldilocks knows!

Not off to a great start…
1 yr update>>> hose connector has broken off can not find parts.Item arrived package in good condition. Opened package and itemized parts. Upon inspection found the casing not closed properly (may have not been installed properly) ended up fixing it in hopes that it would save time overall (return process) got the casing closed awaiting battery to charge. Did notice the 4ah battery was really low charge upon arrival. (Usually around 50% normally, maybe sat in warehouse not end of world) so awaiting to test it out after battery charges. update: Battery has charged and product is working great so far

Works well, but the hose connector broke off
Works well, but the hose connector broke off. I was able to superglue it back on and is holding. I really like that I can use a bucket of water, as we can easily washdown dirty tables when we are camping. The soap attachment really helps in washing the car. It is also much quieter and lighter than my Honda gas power washer and much easier and quicker to set up.

Works great so far!
I had enough sense to bring the battery in, but I left the gun in the garage after using it. I live in MN and water inside the gun froze. Luckily after recognizing my mistake, I brought it inside to thaw, and it worked without issue after that. I like using this to wash the salt off of my car in the winter. Using the soap spreader first, and then a gentle setting, it removes 95% of the mess. Battery life and power are both adequate. I recommend future versions to have a weight on the end of the water intake tube. I don’t connect it directly to the hose as I’m worried about breaking the fragile plastic connector. My water source is a 5 gallon bucket, and I’ve zip-tied a 2.5 lb bench-press plate to the end of the water intake to keep it at the bottom.

Another Quality Greenworks Product.
I own several Greenworks products, they make high quality products that are well designed. I was instantly impressed when unboxing this item, it has heft and is in no way a “cheap” portable sprayer. An example of the attention to detail, is the rubber O-ring/steel cam lock latch for the battery compartment. It is perfect for washing down the Dirt Bikes and my Jeep. I have no exterior water hose at my house, so this solution, (the seperate included hose/screen basket, enabling bucket use) is perfect. I would purchase this item again.

24v-only. *NOT* compatible with Greenworks 40v batteries!!
I made a horrible mistake buying this pressure-washer. We have many Greenworks tools that use its 40v batteries (of which we have several) and I thought this pressure-washer used the same batteries. I could *swear* that I double-checked that before ordering it… But it DOES NOT use Greenworks 40v batteries! I only found out months later, when I opened the package and its battery would not fit in out existing Greenworks (40v) chargers — too late to return it 🙁 :-(.I plan to use this pressure-washer to wash a travel trailer that is stored far from any electrical outlets, so need battery power to last long enough to wash the whole thing in one session. I planned to bring several of our existing 40v batteries with me, but obviously that won’t work. The power washer comes with a single 24v (4Ah) battery, which I fear is NOT enough to do the job and I do NOT want to have to buy a whole NEW set of batteries.Why would a company that builds a HUGE line of tools, all on on 40v battery type, create a tool that uses a DIFFERENT battery?????UPDATE: I used it to clean the travel trailer. A “rush job” wash took about 12 gallons of water (which we had to carry to the site) and the 24v battery just *BARELY* lasted long enough. Not nearly enough “safety margin” to suit my tastes — plus, it was NOT long enough to do a really thorough job. I may have to sell this and get the 40v version, so I can bring extra batteries (that work with all our other Greenworks garden tools)

Junk stay away
As others have also reported. This product has a major design flaw. The nipple where the hose connects to is fragile plastic and broke off after the second time i used it. I tried super gluing it back but was unsuccessful. I now have a useless hunk of plastic and a battery that I have no use for.

Great!
This even works for “older” hands! Needed something simple to clean the sap off of our vehicles and to wash the windows on the house. It is not too heavy or cumbersome for old hands to work with but does a good job. The big power washers are just to difficult to handle. Easy to use and clean up. Battery could be a little stronger but after 45 minutes i am ready to quit and start anew another day anyway.

J’avais déjà plusieurs outils Greenworks et j’en suis satisfait. J’ai commandé ce nettoyeur haute pression car il me permet d’utiliser n’importe quelle source d’eau sans nécessairement avoir besoin d’un tuyau d’arrosage connecté au système d’eau potable. Nous avons un puits à la maison et au chalet donc ça nous permet d’économiser l’eau. Ma femme a nettoyé le tour de la piscine en utilisant l’eau de la piscine et ça fonctionnait très bien. Ce n’est pas aussi puissant qu’un nettoyeur branché à l’électricité mais c’est beaucoup plus polyvalent et facile d’utilisation parce qu’on a pas à gérer un fil en plus du tuyau et qu’on peut s’en servir vraiment n’importe où tant qu’on a une réserve d’eau à proximité.

It works pretty good but a full charge only seems to last about 15 minutes of use. Not even long enough to was the deck. It takes about 2+ hours to charge. But it does work well.
