Very Good GPS
This is a basic old school style GPS and it works just fine. I just went on a 800 mile road trip to Indianapolis recently and used this the whole way and it performed great. I really like the feature where it you need to get off an exit it’ll immediately ask you why and you can hit gas and it’ll reroute you to a close gas station. It also clearly indicates exists and displays speed limit (though I noticed the displayed speed limit was mostly accurate, but not always).It also auto shuts on or off when you turn your car off or start it. Nice feature to save battery, it can be disabled if you want. The unit can be operated just on battery in emergencies if needed – though no idea how long it would last. There’s also free map updates available, the website does still work. Though it is not the most user friendly to install them, and you will need a PC to do it.The only complaint I really have is the mount could have a longer/more adjustable arm. And there were no assembly instructions in the included manual for the mount, I had to look up a YouTube video. That should be addressed.I got this mainly because I travel alone, and having this means I won’t be stranded without navigation on trips if my smartphone ran out of battery, breaks or is lost. It’s also just a much larger display than my smartphone. There’s also areas where my phone doesn’t have internet therefore it can’t access google maps to get navigation, so having this direct to satellite option is wonderful. And for $53 it’s a great price.

It is really not worth the money
No instructions of value. The operating system is clunky. Not very friendly to use, beyond actual programming. If you’re looking for the cancel route button you’ll be digging for 10 minutes to find it. This is not user-friendly programmed. I do not need a GPS that tells me what clothes I wear. I do not need a GPS that plays games. Yes it plays music or movies. I need a GPS that works as a GPS. I need to find the buttons accessibility. Some kind of a manual would be more helpful. Less BS extra programs. More actual friendly GPS actions would be better.On the trucking side of the GPS I do not need to till it what truck it’s in everyday. Not necessary. It is not necessary to locate GPS satellites who wants the GPS is set up. The clock is always 1 hour different and I continue to set it and it reverts back to whatever time it wants. Worthless finding your time zone. I am in Pacific standard Time and it continues to want to be in Central mountain. It’s 1 hour difference. These are just a few of the things that just absolutely make no sense after resetting several times the unit back to base information. It needs an enema. Too much crap clogging it up.Now that I’ve had a few months with it it continues to fail. I cannot set the time zone and have not been able to since purchase. Could not update it at all since purchase. It has gotten me lost in a major city. The gooey system isn’t friendly to use like you think it would. The size is good it’s a good size but overall usage of this product or wheel chock. Don’t waste your money pretty damn sad even for a vehicle it’s not advisable. Some of the programs in it could be useful but they’re the low dollar no name where the hell did you find this programs. Seriously there’s better truck mapping apps for your cell phone or anything that runs or works on a cell phone or small tablet. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for, you ain’t paying much ain’t gonna get much That’s what I got I didn’t get much I think my dog’s nose is better than this GPS

Good Unit for a great price
We purchased the unit for the large 9 inch screen size so it would be easy for my wife to see the upcoming streets on the map. We use the unit in a car so we are not using all the load and milage features of the unit. But the screen is very clear and easy to read and you can easily see the names of the side streets that are coming up. The destination feature works very well just like any other GPS. Calculates your trips, gives you options for routes and clearly talks you through the turns as they come up. It has the capability to help you find, restaurants, gas, shopping, etc. which is a nice feature that we have used often. I have used car based GPS systems and major brand name GPS systems and this has the same level of quality. It is intuitive to use and only took me about 15 minutes to setup. We have not really used the music or other apps on the devices being we really needed it for the GPS features. Being the unit is so economical I would recommend this device for anyone who is looking for a GPS system with a nice size screen that is easy to read and quick and easy to setup.

Decent GPS
This is a decent GPS system. I can search POI via the system, or simply enter an address. It can get me to the destination, though sometimes at the back door not the front. It does funny things at time, like I can actually make a right turn directly, but it will instruct me to circle around and make a U-turn to get to the right. The system is kinda old (IGO Primo 2014 version on Win CE), but I got map updates. I wouldn’t say it is a perfect GPS system, but for the price I paid, I think it is worth it.
