The device doesn’t show speed in tunnels or underground garages. Is it defective?
No. GPS signals may be temporarily unavailable in tunnels, underground garages, or enclosed areas.
Once you return to an open area, the speed display will recover automatically.
Why is the speed sometimes inaccurate or 1–2 MPH off?
K2 uses GPS satellite data to calculate speed. Minor differences (1–2 MPH) may occur due to GPS signal strength, road conditions, or weather.
This is normal for GPS-based devices and similar to smartphone GPS speed readings.
Can I adjust the brightness manually?
No. K2 is designed as a simple, plug-and-play HUD and does not support manual brightness adjustment.
Can I switch between MPH and KMH?
K2 displays speed in MPH only and does not support MPH/KMH switching.
Can I calibrate or fine-tune the speed reading?
No. K2 does not support speed calibration.
The speed is calculated directly from GPS data for simplicity and ease of use.

Small but Mighty
It’s a bargain, I recommend it.- Smaller than expected, but actually useful for my situation- Helpful workaround for an older car with a failed gauge cluster (avoiding expensive repairs)- Very bright display and easy to read- Takes about 30 seconds to connect to a satellite, but is very accurate- Accuracy confirmed by comparison with two phone GPS speedometer apps- Lightweight design, Excellent build quality, affordable but doesn’t look cheap- Easy to set up, mount, and operate- Included sticky pads work well for dashboard mounting- Wire is mounted on the back, which limits flat mounting options (minor drawback)- Turns on immediately and acquires signal within ~30 secondsOnly Con:- Auto-dim feature is inconsistent, dimming in and out with shadows from the sun.

Working Just Fine !!
I bought a new Honda Ridgeline without factory Head Up Display. Love the truck, but missed the HUD. So this has been a perfect fix. Took one minute to set up, the bright green display is perfect and so far it’s always within one mile per hour of my speedometer. Am totally satisfied. Plus it’s very, very inexpensive.

Bright, but a little off
I got this because my analog speedometer is often difficult to see when it’s bright outside.This unit is visible regardless of outside brightness. It’s also off by about 4%, showing 52 MPH when I’m doing 50. The inaccuracy is the reason I gave it only 4 stars.

Best speedometer I found
Very accurate speedometer now I don’t have to look down to see the speed, it didn’t really stick well so I did have to buy some double sided sticky pads to stick it onto my dash my now it works really well. The cord it came with was pretty loose while in my port so I changed it out for a better one that’s braided and it connects perfectly the old cord would keep making the speedometer reset mid drive.

Great Speedometer !!
Simple, easy, no bells or whistles, but that is what I wanted. I have a Honda Acty and the speedometer is in kilometers. Mounts perfect in the corner of my dash, I can see it just fine on sunny days, and IT WORKS !! Every “your speed is” sign I pass, the display is dead on. I plug it in as soon as I get in the truck, and by the time I am ready to go, its connected and ready. It took about 3 minutes to install, and that includes hiding the wires. Highly recommended.

Non functional
Better luck to you. Dimmer works great, GPS is non functional. Surprised to see so many positive reviews. I tried it on numerous positions on dashboard, followed instructions totally useless and a waste of my money and time. Obviously I can not recommend with my experience.
