Cheap! Doesn’t fit right!
I bought these for my Daughters car for Christmas. I got the right size. They don’t fit and they broke trying to put them on. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Paanlok Gunmetal Gray 16-inch Universal Wheel Covers Hubcaps for Rims – Set of 4
Fits Dodge 16″ wheels, but you will have to change the lug nuts so they clear the hubcap. Gunmetal color looks good, easy to wash/clean and hides brake dust well. Easy to install, but the tension ring can be somewhat difficult. The hubcaps themselves are somewhat flimsy for the price, but they work.
