GPS display error
Check if the USB cable is damaged, replace the USB cable for testing, and note that you cannot use a voltage higher than 5 volts for testing.
Speed not displayed or speed inaccurate
This may be caused by weak or no GPS signal. You may be in an underground parking lot, tunnel, or similar location. Please drive to an open area to restore the signal and resume normal operation.
No vehicle speed
Check whether the speed unit is correct. Manufacturers increase the speed displayed on the dashboard by 5-7%. This product can adjust speed differences and can be adjusted according to your dashboard to adjust the product speed display.
Wrong driving direction
The satellite cannot tell you the direction without speed. It will only display the driving direction when the speed exceeds 5 km/h.
The product displays kilometers instead of miles.

Vehicle speed works good just can’t see it in daylight
GPS works good. It needs some kind of cover to block the sunlight because you can’t see the speed reading. Tried using the mount but the GPS would not attach to the mount. The amount on the bracket is thicker than what you slide it into on the back of the GPS

Was nice in town. But on speeds about 50 it was too much off for me. I read calibration and satellite locations.But vendor took back without issue. Was nice in town speeds.

It’s ok, direction indicator is sometimes confusing. Instructions are not very clear. Can change display colors though.
