A few years ago I had surgery from the back of my head to my neck and this is the best pillowthat I have tried. This pillow is awesome for long drives and bad pain days.I feel support on myneck, head and lower back. A must for those back or neck who suffer from pain (drivers).

Really happy with this lumbar support pillow! It gives great lower back support and makes long drives much more comfortable. The strap keeps it in place and the material feels soft yet firm. Good product
The fusion is great in all the right spots, however, I have a bigger thigh area then the fusion by a lottle, causing pressure points and a pain sensation occurs after sitting on it long. I do a lot of driving for my job, getting in and out of my SUV with the seat is a constant battle. However that I already anticipated based on logic. There is a bit too much lift under the front of the thighs, this can cause poor circulation for some people. Otherwise the design weight and feel are all great. I like the back the most, it provides the right support between my shoulder blades and lumbar area.

Not at all what we expected the back support cushion is way to narrow…It is litterally for smaller people i am about to send it back for a refund not worh $151 i spent for my 2 front seats

I really like it!! I have severe lower back and hip pain and while driving the roads in Anderson, SC are absolutely horrible loaded with holes and bumps which some causes my spine to twinge. The cushioning is plush and buffers the feel of the bumps. It is also not bulky pushing you into the inside roof. If I can install it anybody can. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

Decent extra cushion
The cushion is really nice, comfortable memory foam. My only issue is the back support is weirdly shaped for me. Too thin in the lower back, too thick by my head. Makes me feel like I’m being pushed on my neck, have to keep pushing back. I took the back rest off after an hour. Otherwise it is nice material/ construction. I’d happily buy more of the bottoms if you could buy only the bottom section
