Best GPS tracker and easy set up
Well worth the money for sure. Total set up and creating geo fencing alerts were super easy. Accurate readings of GPS tracker. I think there is a 30 sec option for update intervals but have to meet certain criteria or extra $ but I’m very happy with the 1 minute update intervals. I spoke with Shelley at Family1st and she was very helpful and friendly. She asked if I needed any further help and that she would be there if I had any further questions or problems down the line. Highly recommend this product.

Great peace of mind
I had a vehicle stolen a few years back, so I wanted a way to track my vehicles in real time. I found these give me good peace of mind for not that much money. I’ve bought two of them now. They do what they’re supposed to do with no issues. Accuracy is good, but I have noticed one reads pretty much dead on, and the other is always like 20’ off (when stationary). Though 20’ if you were looking for a car is plenty good accuracy in my opinion. App interface is good, with only a couple little tweaks I would change/add if I could. I like that you can set up alerts for geofencing, battery warning, speed, etc. Battery life depends on use. One is on a vehicle I rarely drive, and that battery seems to last 3-4 months, maybe even longer. The other vehicle, my daily driver, is probably more like every 45-60 days. (I am guessing a little bit, I’ve never actually tracked how long the batteries last.) The magnetic case is well made and the magnets are strong. Customer service for me has been a 10/10. I haven’t had any issues, but any questions I had were followed up with promptly. Someone even calls occasionally, like maybe once a year, to make sure everything is good. Overall I’m happy with the product/service.

This product is really really bad not function right?
The product does not exist with the company. It doesn’t work properly. I was charged twice for the monthly service but never get that service still not activated. I want to return it. You should sell this product on Amazon is a bigger company to sell trash product.

Works well. And it’s simple. Shelly even called me after a month to make sure it was working right

Worked as expected.
My wife has Alz/dem. She took off to a doctors appointment she didn’t have. I had placed a Family first tracker in her car, by chance, and I’m glad I did.I got a call a couple of hours later from a nurse who located her in a parking lot near a clinic and asked if I could come pick her up and replied, of course.Upon retrieving her and bringing her home I asked her where her car was, she replied, I don’t know.I opened my app and turned on the locater, it showed the car about 1.5 miles away from her location in a parking lot.Had I not put the GPS in her car I don’t know if I would have of found it especially if it had been towed.Kudos to Family First.Thank You,Mike Stinson

Track record of success!
I’ve been using the Family1st 4G LTE Mini GPS Tracker for a few months now, and it’s been a great addition to my family’s safety toolkit. The device is small and discreet, making it easy to place in my car without drawing attention. The real-time tracking feature is incredibly accurate and updates frequently, giving me peace of mind when my teenagers are out driving. The weatherproof case is a nice touch, especially since I live in an area with unpredictable weather. It’s held up well through rain and snow, and the tracker has never lost its signal. The app is user-friendly and offers a variety of alerts, from speed to geofencing, which is super helpful. However, it’s worth noting that you’ll need a subscription to access all the features, and the cost can add up over time. Also, a few users have mentioned connectivity issues, but I haven’t experienced any so far.All in all, it’s a reliable and efficient GPS tracker that does what it promises. I’d recommend it for anyone looking to keep tabs on their vehicles or loved ones.

Hmmm
Extremely aggravated at first because we could not log in and it looked like we were sent a defective device. After getting help from their 24/7 customer support the device seems to be working fine. Im still keeping my eye on it becauae even though the its working I dont understand why there was even an issue in the first place unless it was used.

Affordability for more then one tracker.
They don’t offer a discount rate for multiple devices was my only disappointments. If they did I would have more of them.
