Almost too good!
My current vehicle only supports plug in car play, which is fine when I want to charge my phone, but I don’t always want or need to charge. I discovered items like this existed, and got the one that seemed to be best for the price range (cheap). Easy connection, simple directions, no lag that I can discern compared to plugging in, works with car play and android auto, and it starts up just as quickly as the plug in connector. The only thing I would like is a way to temporarily disable apart from unplugging, just because I am sometimes using the radio instead of car play.

This is a good product
This is the only wireless Apple CarPlay adapter that should exist in all of Amazon and the only one that works instantly every single time and is not a piece of trash. I’ve bought over six and this is the only one that is consistently good. It has good speed ease of use compactness sound design and quality. That last sentence was all from AI ideas that Amazon gave me, AI is horrible.

Update: I have had issues of it not connecting. The instruction screen will pop up but nothing will happen. Or it acts as if it is going to connect then my screen goes black. I’ve powered my phone off and back on and it usually fixes the issue. It will work fine for days or sometimes I will have problems back to back.Was easy to setup. Works exactly as advertised.

Does what it’s suppose to do. Biggest reason I’m giving it 5 stars is because of the connectivity. I have gone through 2 other wireless airplay adapters and this one by far works best. I have auto start on my car, and with the last 2 after actually starting my car after auto start, the device would not connect and I would either have to restart my car or unplug the device from the USB port. With this one though, I can auto start my car, and then once I actually start it again, it will connect without issues (so far have done it about 5 times).

I bought this because it says that it’s compatible with both Android and Apple. It connected to my Android with no problem. I was able to connect it to my iPhone also. But now it wont connect to my Android. Fahren customer service is not good. They sent me two automated replies saying that they were closed. So much for 24/7 customer service.

Great Little Adapter
Really small adapter, easy to use it’s just plug and play. Makes my car feel a lot more modern having carplay. No issues with sound, but this is based on your cars existing speakers.
