Easy to set up and works well
I had a Motorola wireless adaptor and it was really difficult to set up. This adaptor was very easy to configure. All I needed to do was connected it to bluetooth and the wireless connection was automatically configured. I have two phones connected and it is fairly easy to switch between them. I’ve been using this device for about a month now and so far no issues.

Works very well in my 2021 Chevy Silverado
I bought a used 2021 Chevy Silverado a few years ago and I thought, great I can connect to Android Auto wirelessly. But it didn’t work. After a lot of research I figured out that my basic plan through Cricket Wireless does not include wireless hot spot, and you need that to make it work wirelessly. So I have just been connecting through a wired connection, which is a real pain because I have to take my phone out, unlock my screen, fumble around for the wire to connect, and it is very slow to connect. I finally decided to try one of these wireless adapters and it works great! It just automatically connects, and it connects very quickly! Something to note, if I turn my truck off with it on the Chevy screen (like Satellite Radio for example), when I turn the truck back on I have to touch the Android Auto button to connect. But if I have Android Auto on the screen when I turn my truck off, when I turn the truck on, Android Auto starts right up. Not a big deal, just something to note. So glad I bought this adapter, wish I would have done it sooner!

Not Satisfied
I purchased the FAHREN 2026 wireless adapter hoping it would provide a smooth wireless connection between my iPhone and my car’s infotainment system. The setup was simple and the device connected fairly quickly, which was a good start.However, the performance didn’t meet my expectations. I experienced noticeable lag when navigating apps and using the system. Making calls through the adapter was also frustrating because the audio would sometimes delay or cut out, making it difficult to have smooth conversations.Watching videos or streaming content online was also inconsistent, with buffering and occasional freezing that made the experience less enjoyable.Overall, while the concept is great and the device is easy to install, my experience was not a 10/10 due to the lag and connectivity issues. It has potential, but the performance could definitely be improved.

Way to use on multiple phones
Easy setup and works as expected. I use it for my iPhone and it connects quickly and automatically over I start my car. Consistent connection.The device is small and comes with in addition to the single, a 90 degree angled connector, usb a to usb c adapter, and extender usb cable.I purchased this item as I sometimes drive my wife’s car and I would have to manually switch between phones with my last device. With this dongle you can switch between phones with a quick push of the button on the side.Overall very satisfied.

Works for everything EXCEPT texting
This device almost works perfectly. It connects quickly and sound is fine. The problem I have is when using voice features (often while driving), it turns on the microphone too early. It hears Siri talking to me and thinks it is part of what I’m saying. This problem does not exist AT ALL when using a cable connection in my 2020 Honda Ridgeline pickup. I’m on IOS 26.3.1.The adapter works for maps, listening to music, and making phone calls. It does NOT work reliably for texting. When a text message comes in (from Billy for example), you touch the notification to play the message. At the end of playing the message Siri says “Do you want to respond to Billy?” The microphone comes on too early and hears “respond to Billy” and assumes I said Yes. Then I say something like “See you at the restaurant” and the message transcribed is “Billy see you at the restaurant” because it thought the prompt from Siri that ended with “Billy” was said by me.This bug is a drag and really reduces the usefulness of the device. Fortunately it is cheap enough, that I’ll put up with it.
