    Comfortable and Durable
I have fibromyalgia with bilateral sciatica and SI joint disfunction. Among other physical issues. The reviews sold me on the combo set. The lumbar support and bum cushion are very comfortable and helpful. The lumbar provides enough support while still conforming to my back without adding tension. The cushion has actually allowed my hips to relax enough that I’ve felt them shift back into place. It provides the perfect amount of give and support it the rights spots. Back injuries take a long time and a lot of work to heal. The open space for the tail bone has definitely helped me keep posture in mind. Temperature wise it’s better than most I’ve tried. I run hot (volcanic caldera down south 😂). I use it on a leather chair so my heat still builds up. It would probably be much better with a mesh chair as far as air flow is concerned. Durability wise, I’ve been using it 10hrs a day, 5 days a week since March in my home office. It hasn’t lost it’s shape or support and I’m 233lbs. My friend even asked about getting one for her office.

    Best customer service, excellent product
I found the seat cushion uncomfortable due to my piriformis syndrome (It was supportive but the cut-out area rubbed the area of my buttocks that has pain). I contacted the company and they sent me a cushion (sold for wheelchairs) that is a solid piece (no cut-0ut to conform to the shape of your behind). The wheelchair cushion is a bit more firm and a few inches deeper than the chair cushion which works out well for me as it protects the back of my legs from the edge of my wood dining room chairs. I found the wheelchair cushion to be very comfortable despite my piriformis problem. With many people working from home I think the “wheelchair” cushion may be a better option than the desk chair cushion in this set since it pads the area at the back of the leg. The back support (which comes in a set with the desk chair cushion is very supportive and the straps adapt to even a dining chair.I would definitely buy this again and I plan to see which style (desk chair or “wheelchair”) works best work for my family members who work from home. If you are sitting at a wood dining room chair as I do, I definitely think the “wheelchair” version is the solution. (Perhaps they could sell it in a set with the back cushion and call it the “dining room chair ” version. I plan to have my son try them both since he is working at his dining room table.I will say that customer service went above and beyond to help me. Photo #1 is the wheelchair cushion. Photo #2 is the desk chair version with the “cut-out”.

More comfortable car rides with sciatica
After about a week with this set, I can share my initial observations. Both the cushion and the back support are well-made. Both are easy to use, and the outside material is soft. I like that you can take the covers off to wash them. I like the seat cushion, and it has been helping keep my sciatic pain at bay while in the car. The back support is too much for me in the car, along with the cushion, but I have not tried it anywhere else yet. The cushion moves a bit when I get into my SUV, but that may be because I have to lift myself and slide over. However, it does not move around once I am seated on it. It may not have that problem in a lower vehicle.

    Great quality, long lasting
Love it! This made a huge difference for lower back pain that was making it painful to sit. It’s so great I bought mine in 2022 and I’m still using it. I’m about to buy another for a different office chair.

How much is your back comfort worth to you?
This product is probably perfectly adequate for the average person looking for a little extra comfort when sitting for extended period of time. What I don’t think it is is the best product if you are contending with serious back issues. It’s definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I bought it during the Amazon Prime Days to have at home, I already have a similar set-up in the office with ComfiLife products. The first thing I noticed when I unpacked the items is that if you are sensitive to VOCs this product could pose some issues. There is a VERY strong odor and they needed to be aired for a considerable time outside before being used. When I sat down, the difference in quality and comfort between this and the ComfiLife was apparent immediately. I have issues in the sacroiliac area, and pain that runs down the back on my right leg, so finding something that is comfortable to sit on is a challenge. Everlasting Comfort definitely provides relief from pressure on the coccyx area, so if that’s what you need, this will work. However, the padded sitting area is not as forgiving as the ComfiLife version, and I could tell within a matter of a couple of minutes that my leg pain would not be as successfully addressed by this product. The lumber support seems to be fine, I always seem to have to end up fine tuning exactly where these things need to sit for the best results for me. The generally accepted location rarely works perfectly, but that’s just my back. I think the lumber support seems fine, the firmness seems appropriate, and the adjustable straps mean you can use this on any seat from a skinny backed dining chair all the way up to a big wide backed desk chair.A decent product for the price point, especially when it was on sale, but again, if you have major back issues I really do recommend investing the extra money and going for the ComfiLife product instead.

I bought this four weeks ago and have used it for about three weeks. For some context, I spend a lot of time (anywhere from 6-8 hours a day) at my desk to attend classes or study. My back had been a mess since September because my chair doesn’t have the right support.First, the product came in good condition and the package was smaller than I expected it to be. The cushion and lumbar were easy to install. The straps on the lumbar are easy to adjust depending on how wide or narrow the back of your chair is. The back of my chair is narrow at the top, so I was worried that it wouldn’t hug my chair securely, but it didn’t turn out to be a problem.Second, my back still hurt when I first starting using the cushion and lumbar. Lol. I had to spend some time getting used to the lumbar. The pain went away after a few days, maybe a week. I think it was because I’d been sitting uncomfortably/incorrectly for so long that my spine had to adjust to sitting correctly. After that adjustment period, the pain disappeared. My back and shoulders didn’t ache anymore when I get up for my study breaks. (This might be unrelated but I’ve also been able to sleep better at night.) So I guess I’d recommend using it for a while and seeing if there’s an improvement in your comfort level before writing it off as a total loss.Just as a note: The seat cushion adds anywhere from an inch or two to your chair. That extra height on your chair might make it uncomfortable for your knees and thighs, so I’d recommend using something as a footrest if your desk and chair are high like mine are. I already had a memory foam footrest, so I didn’t have an issue. All in all, worth every penny for me. I don’t know how I survived for 6 months without it.
