Huge Upgrade with Modern Features
This Eonon head unit is a massive upgrade from the factory stereo. The 8-inch touchscreen is responsive and clear, and wireless CarPlay and Android Auto connect quickly without issues. Installation was straightforward, and steering wheel controls worked as expected. Bluetooth audio and calls are clear, navigation runs smoothly, and the included rear camera is a nice bonus. The 4G+64G setup makes the system fast with plenty of storage. Overall, it really modernizes the interior and adds a lot of functionality.

Plug and play very easy. Backup camera is amazing. Integrates with existing car systems. Make sure you press the backup camera screen for 2sec to get the image up. Have to configure that part. My unit lost sound amazon🫶🏿 got me a replacement unit ASAP.

I would love my money back, I’ve only had it a couple months and it stopped working. It constantly would cut in and out. The camera was awful. It was a waste of money.

Had the older style from eonon for years no problem, just outdated and no longer supported. Upgraded wifes 2011 silverado to this one, easy plug and play, works great, sounds great, she uses water all the time so thats a plus. It connects to her phone when using remote start, so when she gets to truck its already connected and shes ready to go. Fits and looks as if came factory. Price is spot on with all the features. Seen bad reviews but never had an issue with either one. Great carplay radio.

Need operating instructions
The unit was easy to install generally. Having to mount the GPS for the maps feature was the only real issue. The main problem was not having instruction on how to use the radio with its many features and function. It took about a week to go through all the buttons and figure out the many options and features the unit has. Tried getting a pdf of some sort that explained all the cool stuff the unit can do but thier website only has installation instructions, which you dont need cuz its a simple install with really 3 connectors.After figuring that part out, it’s a very nice unit. Worth the trouble. (Maybe !?!?!!)
