Why doesn’t the pressure washer start spraying immediately?
This is normal. The machine needs about 1 minute to draw water and build pressure before spraying. Once primed, it will operate normally. This does not indicate a defect.
How long does this pressure washer last?
Lifespan depends on usage and maintenance. Avoid dry running, prime before use, clean the filter, and store in a dry place. Proper care ensures long-lasting and reliable performance.
Why is the pressure washer loud when starting?
A louder sound at startup is normal. The pump is priming and drawing water into the system. Once the water flow stabilizes, the noise will reduce, and the washer will operate normally. This does not indicate a defect.
Does moisture inside mean the machine was returned or resold?
No. The slight moisture is from our factory testing process. We do not resell used items — all products shipped are brand new.
The foam bottle is facing the wrong way. Is it defective?
No. The wand has a rotatable design. Just detach it, rotate to the correct angle, and reattach. Quick fix—normal product behavior.

Nice work
I bought this pressure washer as a gift for my boyfriend, and it turned out to be a very good purchase. He really likes it and has been using it often since we got it. It’s easy to set up and works exactly as expected.He mainly uses it to clean his car, and it does a great job. The pressure is strong enough to remove dirt and grime easily, and the foam cannon is a nice extra. After cleaning, the car looks very clean and well taken care of. Easy to use, great portability
I actually ordered this back in December from Amazon vine, but it was far too cold to use it when it arrived. Now that warmer weather is here, it’s finally free from it’s cardboard prison. Assembly was super easy. There are two included screws for the handle and everything else slides or screws in. You can choose how long of a nozzle you’d like which is great and the stream is adjusted by twisting the nozzle. The hose is long enough for most jobs but the power cord could be longer. I got it to wash my deck, car, and to blast some molded areas in the garage and bathrooms, and for those jobs, it works great.Overall, I’m pleased with the portability, variety of uses, and overall quality.

WILL NOT REGRET THIS PURCHASE
Would definitely recommend. Got this to clean my white fence and boy did it clean the fence. I also washed my truck with it as well, all the pollen and tree sap came right off. DO NOT get fooled by the size of this thing. It’s smaller than a carry on suitcase but it packs a punch as if it had a gasoline engine attached. Plugs right into the outlet in the backing. Might grab another one just to have.

Easy to use
The power pressure is just right—strong enough to blast away years of dirt, grime, and even stubborn mold from my fence and sidewalk, but not so harsh that it damages my wooden deck or car paint. I love that there are different nozzles too. I switch to a wider spray for my patio furniture and a narrower one for tough spots like stuck-on mud on my bike works so well. It’s surprisingly lightweight, so I don’t get tired hauling it around my yard, and it’s not overly loud either—way quieter than the rental pressure washers I’ve used before. Cleanup is easy, just drain the water, coil up the hose, and store it in a small corner of my garage.

Gets the job done just not as powerful as you would think
Good little power washer that isn’t too bulky. Pretty straight forward in its functionality and usage and gets the job done. Seems a snug pricier than I believe it should be but it does remove dirt and grime as well as an ease of maneuvers. Not a bad choice for the person that wants to save money on car washes and get light cosmetic debris from surfaces. Lots of little accessories come with it.

I like this compact but powerful pressure washer, especially the adjustable nozzle. I used the narrow high-pressure nozzle to clean the fence and garage ground, while the wide low-pressure nozzle for car wash. It worked well for both scenarios. The only thing is that the power cord is not very long. Therefore, you need a power outlet nearby to use this tool.
