I think this item was a well made instrument but it wouldn’t work with my Totem Victor bike. Something about “communications”…Just make sure it fits your harness. I did get a refund & found i that worked.

Lectric 3.0 not completely compatible. Light stays on not controllable. instruction somewhat helpful for other options, went with memorized original Lectric instruction.. For sons bike okay, if my bike I would of returned. Usable replacement.

Solid replacement for G51 display, better if wire lengths were switched
We got our teenage nephew an e-bike as a reward for good grades and of course, kid broke the display immediately. This replacement works very well. It was easy to install (and show the teenager how to do it), has all the required functions and is a nice display. Just taking one star off because the wire for the buttons is unnecessarily long – if you mount the display at the center of the handlebars and the buttons near the grips, you’ll have 2-3 inches of slack wire, which looks untidy and can catch on stuff. At the same time, the wire for the connector could actually do with having that length added. It connects up okay, but isn’t long enough to make it all the way to the top of the fabric tube rolled around the various wire to keep them neat. Still, the display does everything that’s needed and the teen actually prefers the look of this one over the original.Since I did a lot of googling to try and figure out compatibility and still wasn’t sure on this: we replaced a standard G51 display on a Nishiki bike (Dick’s house brand) with this display, and yes, it worked just fine. Hope that’s helpful for someone else googling for this in the future!

Compatibility is very hard
One star is not for the product, the five pin connector was slightly larger than mine. I’m not smart enough to know every little detail to pick the right computer screen for my bike. Like everything else in this world I wish there was more standardizations of components for e-bikes.
