This organizer utilizes the space of the console more efficiently by adding dividers for various small items such as change, keys, flashlights, breath mints, etc. but also maintaining space below it for larger items. My only complaint is that it causes the closing of the lid to require a harder push downward but has not kept it from latching completely.
