Fantastic buy
This is the best product I’ve ever purchased on Amazon in terms of performance and portability. The water pressure is more than enough for quick, small-scale jobs. The battery life has been more than sufficient, especially for washing my car. It’s perfect for quickly rinsing off winter salt buildup or bird droppings. All you have to do is place one end of the hose into a 1-gallon water jug, and you’re good to go. I can’t speak on longevity because had for around 3 month’s, but other than that works great.

Great for small jobs! Soap container has to be level to work right. Pressure is pretty good, but will not cut cardboard. Over all it works the case could have been a lot stronger.

Worthless tool Buy a $2 spray bottle instead
As a professional handyman I have to maintain and repair many of my tools used in practice. This so called pressure washer is worthless. Unfortunately, I was out-of- town when the return policy had expired and am left with a $120 item that is just taking up space in my garage. I tried everything I could think of to make it work. While it worked for a short period of time (1 or 2 minutes) it would stop putting out any degree of pressure. The only thing I get out of it is that the 2 batteries it comes with are interchangeable with Dewalt Tools. Returnt it! !!!

Hose collapsed w/hot water and the storage case is garbage
Bought to clean a large shower with tiles and grout. Worked great! Not sure if it reached 2000 psi, maybe because I used hot water in my bucket. The hot water caused the hose to collapse. Came with what appeared to be a nice storage case. However, I could not get all the parts back in to it after I was done. So I trashed it and stored everything in a bucket.

Works really great for this being cordless. The pressure is really good as I’ve used this to clean my patio. I’ve always used it to wash a rug and you can clearly see the stains go away.

Tried one, returned and bought this brand instead.
This pressure washer really comes in handy when hosing off the back porch where we live. There are no hose bibs here, so we needed something that works out of water in a bucket. We got a couple of Home Depot buckets, one for the washer, and one to refill while using up the water in the first one.I bought another brand, and it had a hose attachment on the pistol itself that kept coming off. There wasn’t any mechanism to keep the hose attached well enough to keep this from happening. This one, in contrast to the other, has a tightening attachment on the end of the hose. Plus, the hose on this one is a bit sturdier, so it doesn’t kind as easily. When the hose kinks on these, it acts like you’ve run out of water, when you haven’t.We’re happy with this one.

Very powerful, 2000 PSI, and very versatile. You can get water from a buket, or a barel, or from garden hose. This water gun have a head whit few different tips. Very handy. You get 2 batteries with USB tip C.At full speed and maxim presure one battery can last like 25 min. Whit 2 batteries you can work about one hour. I use one flexible, extensible, light garden hose . Have also small reservoir for foam, to improve the washing performance. The charging time per batteries is like 3-4 hours. It come in a very nice case, ease to transport. I like it very much.
