I’ve been using this for a few months now. I have had zero issues. I have been very happy it. No weird or distorted sounds or issues connecting. Counts automatically as soon as i turn it on. It shuts itself off after a while . I had to switch to a regular auxiliary cord though. Plugging straight into the jack was too much weight and eventually broke the jack.it was a cheap stereo and it broke the solder joint

This is a great Bluetooth Receiver if you’re on a budget. I drive a lot for work, I average around 6-8 hours a day, so this sees a lot of use.The sound quality is great and it’s hassle free. The device turns off after a few minutes automatically, so if you’re in and out of your car for a few minutes at a time, you don’t have to worry about pausing, etc. whatever you were listening to. This is what I find the most useful.I’ve owned the device for 4.5 months now and it’s starting to show wear. The aux adapter has become flimsy and I find myself having to turn the device to keep the audio clear. The battery doesn’t last as long either.If you’re doing an average amount of driving, this is a perfect budget option for a Bluetooth Receiver.

Very helpful little device!
I have an older vehicle with just an Aux cable, but my phone has only a Lightning port. I tried several dongles that provided both Lightning and 1/8″ so I could have a charge cable going into the phone and the sound coming out. None of these worked for more than a few hours before the sound port completely quit working. This Bluetooth receiver/transmitter was the ticket! No more plugging in and unplugging. It stays in the car, and all I have to do is push the little button and I’m connected. The sound quality is excellent, and it functions as described. I can use it in the car, or attach it to any speaker or amplifier with an 1/8″ input.UPDATE – Device is still working like a charm! There seems to be a lot of confusion about what this product does, even though it is really rather simple. This thing does not make any sound, and it doesn’t transmit sound wirelessly. It only receives a wireless sound signal from a phone, like an iPhone, when it is paired to the phone. Then you have to plug into it a speaker, or a set of headphones with wires to hear the sound that is coming from the iPhone. If you already have a Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headphones, you don’t need this thing. You would just pair your phone directly to the speaker or to the headphones. This device is needed only if you want to send the sound from your phone to a wired speaker, or wired headphones, or a stereo system that doesn’t have Bluetooth (like an old stereo or a car stereo that has an Aux input). The Comsoon adapter takes the Bluetooth signal coming wirelessly from your phone and outputs it over a wired connection.
