Love it, quality, keeps its shape retention, soft, no smell. Nice comfy design and I use daily for support. I’m 173 lbs with wide hips 40 and it still fits perfectly.

I have been sitting on the gel and memory foam cushion for a week now and can say it’s a great cushion as it gives the support and comfort I was looking for. I view it as an aid for my sciatica problem. I would definitely recommend this cushion.

Gave No Back Pain Relief, Caused Buttock/Leg pain
Gave it a three for being well made and packaged. Purchased on reading reviews after trying others and disappointed that were less expensive. Thought Id give the more expensive one a try aware how many purchased. Very disappointed. No immediate relief of back pain, caused pain in buttocks and legs when I am already experiencing enough pain in my lower back and left leg from lower back flareup (possible sciatica). More expensive not always the answer. I did like the fact they gave a lifetime warranty if registered within 14 days of receipt. But in my personal opinion not worth the money, theyre all the same except for a few copying one another and claiming the same results. Ill keep looking. Did purchase another one less money but received wrong item on hold to be returned but was cheaper and actually gave better results and great in the car or sitting on chair for a while. May wind up keeping.. Purchasing and returning getting to be a hassle when its hard to get around. Looks arent everything. Also, this seat cushion is thick raising your legs so if using by a desk will have to adjust chair for legs to fit. Not impressed. Sent back.

A four-year review
Who would want to review a product four years later? Someone who is beyond impressed and thankful for said product, of course. After four years of using this wonderful cushion, I can confidently say that it is one of the best things I’ve purchased on Amazon.Like many of you browsing similar products, I had chronic pain back in the day. It’s a cliché, but I mostly lived a sedentary life, working at my desk for long hours and, unsurprisingly, being overweight. My chair was nothing fancy, just a cheap one which did nothing to help. I wasn’t ready to get an expensive chair that supposedly help sit right, either. So every few months or so, I’d have a bout of severe back pain where my mobility became tremendously restricted. It almost always took an entire month to completely recover from each episode.So, I got his cushion out of sheer desperation and it was a total game changer. It took some time to get used to it since it feels quite thick on the seat. You have to adjust your seat height and armrests, of course. I wasn’t sure I liked that at first, but I soon noticed the difference. May pain was mainly from the tailbone, and this cushion kept the pressure off in such a perfect way that even after sitting for long hours, I rarely felt the pain anymore.Regular bouts of severe back pain were reduced to once or maybe twice a year, and the severity decreased dramatically. I could recover in a week or so. A huge difference. Since my back pain improved, I was able to start exercising and lose some weight in the following years, which reduced my back pain to almost nothing, but that’s another story.I don’t experience any severe back pain anymore, just slight discomfort from time to time, but I think I’ll keep this cushion for eternity. As you can see in the picture, it’s still working fine after four years of everyday use. Sure, slightly compressed, but still thick enough to do its wonderful job.And you know what amazes me the most? I checked the price, and it hasn’t changed much for the past four years. Can you imagine? Definitely recommend!
