Excellent massage for the lower back!
This little lumbar support pillow/massager is just what I needed to get through tax season. Long hours sitting at the dining room table made my lower back ache. So I ordered this to try and rectify that. It provides the perfect amount of pressure, heat, and pain relief. It seems very durable. It features a carry handle at the top to easily move it anywhere you want. It works on upright chairs, couches, and recliners comfortably. The fabric is lightweight and breathable. There is a little adjustable lumbar pillow attached via Velcro. It makes for the perfect adjustments to fit the needs of pretty much anyone. The packaging it comes in is just as good as the product itself. The box it came in makes for perfect storage when not in use or for travel. The whole package all around is functional and quality.

Great Back Support with Relaxing Massage and Heat
I’ve been using the Comfier back support pillow for my office chair. It has honestly made my long hours of sitting at the computer studying for school more comfortable. The built-in Shiatsu massage has four rotating nodes that give a gentle kneading sensation that really helps loosen up my upper and lower back. It’s easy to turn it on with one button, and the automatic 15-minute timer helps me not to worry about shutting off the massager.The heating function is another big plus. It has two levels, and the warmth feels soothing without getting too hot. Just note that the heating and massage only work when it’s plugged into a home adapter. The memory foam itself feels high-quality. I also appreciate the small adjustable pillow it comes with, which helps customize the fit when I’m not using the massage function. I have noticed less tension in my upper, middle, and lower back since using it.This cushion works on almost any chair. Great lower back support and massage
My lower back stiffness has been a struggle because of long hours sitting at a desk and of course my age. I have a good chair, but I feel I need more lumbar support and thus I got this pillow. It’s very affordable comparing to buying a new chair. I’ve been using it on my chair for a week now, and it has made a noticeable difference.The memory foam is firm yet not too hard. It fits my back and fills the gap between the chair. I feel my posture is improved with the support, which helps relieving the stress even without the massage and the heating. That said, I enjoy the massage and the heating after sitting long hours, it’s soothing and helps loosen tight muscles. And it’s convenient, no extra setup and I don’t even need to leave my chair.I know long periods of sitting are inherently unhealthy, and I need more stretches and movement. This pillow is not a replacement for a good habit. But it is excellent for lumbar support while I’m sitting. While I always remind myself to stand up, walk and stretch every once a while, it is nice to have some aid from the pillow that can massage and heat to improve comfort.I may even bring it in the car for my next road trip, probably need some adapter for the massage/heat feature. My lower back suffered during the last road trip even with some stops and stretches, I think this pillow could be a game changer.

The lumbar support pillow is nice, but the button where you are adjusting it to the cord is way too short. The cord needs to be much longer.

Don’t waste your money
You can’t feel the heat at all, on either hi or low. The massage nodes come on an random intervals and stay on for random amounts of time without even touching the bottons. The Elastic straps are not long enough to go around a standard desk chair. (I tried 4 different chairs, straps wouldn’t reach at all.) The velcro on the straps is so weak, if you did try to stretch the elastic at all, the velcro will fail. The “adjustable” cushion adjusts to on or off. You can’t actually make it fall above where the nodes are in less you modifying strap by putting knots it to take up the slack.

Perfect for Office Work, Heat & Massage Relief for Back and Neck
I absolutely love this pillow! After spending long hours at my desk, I used to end the day with terrible back and neck pain, but this has made such a difference.
