The COMFIER heated lumbar support pillow with vibration massage and heat works fantastically for helping to get rid of my back pain. I use this every day. I purchased it so I could use it while I am on my computer, but with my small task chair, I can’t use it there. It would work great if I had a regular-sized office chair. Instead, I am using it in my recliner when I am watching television. I turn it on whenever I sit down in my recliner. The massage feels great, and the heat relaxes my back. There are two massage modes: continuous vibration and intermittent vibration. The vibration massage relaxes my back very effectively and gets rid of the pain in 30 minutes. I love that there are two heat settings to use. You can use the heat setting and massage separately if that is what you prefer. I usually use both at the same time. The design of the pads fits my back perfectly and can be adjusted to suit your needs. The lumbar support pillow is easy to use and is lightweight. The heated lumbar support massage pillow feels so good that I might have to get a bigger computer chair so I can use it while I am on my computer. Highly recommend if you have any back pains or aches. This really helps.

So comfortable!
I did not think I would enjoy this back support as much as I do, but wow! The pads have a decent thickness to it, and although not much, you don’t feel like it needs more. It’s perfectly soft, and allows for you to fully feel either of the two options for vibrations, and plenty of heat! It’s also flexible to an extent; so it allows you to lean back a tad bit, even on a stiff chair, without feeling like you always must sit up right. The size is expandable and also can be moved up or down depending on your height. I’m 5’1” and the lowest setting is perfect to cover from the bottom of my shoulder blades to my lower back.The mixture of vibration and heat are perfect for me to relieve mild back pains, or simply to enjoy on a cold day and just sit back and relax. The opening in the middle allows for your spinal cord to not feel like it’s compressed against anything and just allows for a nice support from both sides of your back. It does also have a strap on the back that clicks together to keep it from falling off the chairs, since the majority of the weight sits on the front pads. I think it’s definitely worth it and will be making my first roadtrip with me in a few days to keep me from throwing my back out after sitting for 17 hours straight!

Feels so good on sore back
Feels great and helps posture. I recently stress having pain in low back and hoped this would help. It really does!I do wish that the cord was a bit longer and that the depth could be adjusted, but I think most chairs have backs that will adjust better than mine (non-adjustable) to accommodate. I sit a bit further towards the front than I would like, but it does force me to sit straighter, so maybe that’s a good thing.

Awesome comfort on every level
I love this back support. It has 2 vibration settings that are both nice. It also heats so I don’t have to turn on my office space heater. It adjusts and for different heights and has an elastic strap that keeps it upright on the chair. I don’t think you can do better for the price.

I have chronic pain. My PT has been encouraging me to focus on my posture when I work because I am seated for at least 10 hours daily. Even my sore shoulders are getting help from it. It’s the perfect size, comes with a strap for your chair, and sticks to me as I move.
