Clean the car surface.If you can find adhesive promoter,that’s great, use on car surface.Remove the adhesive tape.Heat the tape with heat gun. if no heat gun, you can use hair drier instead.Stick and Press for 1 min.

I think that it adds a nice aesthetic touch. It is not stainless steel but thick ABS plastic. Not sure how the chrome plating will hold up overtime. The 3M backing tape but it was supplied with did not hold it to the mirror very well. The ones I got are slightly out of spec and are a little bigger but you don’t really notice it unless you’re right up on it so overall it’s OK I like the look
