1.Place washer in position on top of hole on the top left and right and screw through hole to tighten and mount to vehicle.
2.Place screw cap over the washer in an upright position.
3.Push screw cover down firmly until a snap is heard, clicking it into place.

Excellent quality, looks good and durable, although slightly pricey for just one license plate frame. For that price, you can, perhaps, buy two frames elsewhere. It has four holes and a corresponding screw set although you may need only two. The shiny button caps on the screws make them look even better.

Sturdy & Shiny
Very similar to one I had for many years. Real metal with good chrome plating. Not too big at the borders so as not to hide your tag information. The hardware including the screw covers are first rate. Unfortunately, my little hardware pack only had 3 of the required 4 covers. I will just leave the bottom ones off for now since my plate mount has only the top screw holes. I was going to get shorter screws and use them at the bottom, but since I have only 3 covers, I’ll skip that chore. That is why I did the 4 stars. Good product though, Thanks!

Finish doesn’t withstand winter road treatments
These are beautiful however the finish does stand up to midwest winters. The treatments/salt that is put down on the roads, ruins the finish on these.
