Great Value for Carplay/Android Auto Display
This has exceeded my expectations. My wife’s 2016 HR-V already has a backup camera and Bluetooth but not a way to display maps on the existing screen. All I wanted was a bigger screen for maps. It is substantially better than mounting the phone on the dash. I did use a different mount than included as I didn’t want sticky goo on my vinyl dash pad. I have it mounted in the CD slot.It works well with both Android Auto and Apple Carplay. The screen is larger than the phone by almost double and it can show both the map and my music while my phone is still in my pocket.It does have its own speakers, but I opted to route it through the car’s Bluetooth connection and it is working as expected. When I start the car, it powers on and after 5-10 seconds it will connect to my phone and display maps with my music playing. Works just like my other car that has built-in Android Auto/Carplay.

Haven’t used it too much, but so far it’s working good for me. Simple to set up for Android Auto.I wish someone made one of these without the built in speakers. I’m sure it makes it thicker and heavier for something most people don’t need.

First, it needs wires to the backup camera. Second the camera does not come on automatically when in reverse. The touch screen is not very sensitive. The FM radio does not work. The local sound does not work when I need it.

Easy navigating!
This CarPlay screen is AMAZING! I absolutely love it, it’s very high quality and easy to use which is wonderful as I am technologically challenged but the instructions made everything super easy to understand and use. The volume control is super easy and the sound quality is great, although you do get the best sound quality when it’s connected to your car speakers. I thought the screen would be a lot bigger then it is and was pleasantly surprised that’s it’s not overtly large and fits perfectly on my dash making for a great fit. The car play screen is also super durable and doesn’t budge a single bit! I love all the fancy functions you have access too such as music,maps, notifications and the best part is that it auto adjusts to the lighting outside so when you’re driving at night the screen isn’t blinding. This is perfect if you have a car that doesn’t have any super fancy screens already pre installed, and especially if you’re looking for something that helps you navigate without having to stare at a distracting phone screen.

Works 60 percent of the time
If you’re in a pinch and want/need a screen for your car quick and for cheap this is the one to buy, otherwise I would steer clear of this one. For me the car play works maybe 60 percent of the time? Most days I have to power it off and on again at least 2 or 3 times before it connects. When it works it works fine but getting it to work seems to be an issue. I’d recommend looking somewhere else if you’re looking for car play that works.
