Slow to connect, low volume, but it works. Doesn’t sound bad. I’m happy with the device. Sometimes I have to try to connect multiple times, but as I said it has connected eventually.

Low output volume
Easy enough to install and connect, but as others have stated, the output voltage is low so you really have to crank the volume on the stereo. I can actually smell the components on the stereo when it’s cranked because of how high the power has to be cranked up. It’s enough that I decided to just throw it in the garbage and replace the whole head unit instead of trying to deal with this adapter.

Super low output!
Uselessly low volume (gain). I’m not sure where all these good reviews came from? I can’t imagine this being useful to anyone. A really good output device has 5v of gain. The BT device I was replacing has 2v gain. This probably has half a volt output gain. At full volume on my phone and full volume on the head unit, you could just barely hear the music. Useless! This is my second try at a cheap BT receiver, since the application is not high fidelity, I just didn’t expect this low of quality

So noisy
I bought two of these for 2 different applications and both of them make a lot of noise when there is no music playing. It works I guess and you can’t hear it when the music is playing but when it first comes on it’s bad.
