Road trip worthy
I got these for a road trip and they were perfect. You can roll the windows down with them on. The only thing was it was a hard for me to see out of the windows because of them but that’s to be expected. I just needed them to keep my daughter safe from the sun.

Stretches easily, works well
This review is for the Pakoo car window shades two-pack. These stretch easily over the door frame of my SUV and allow me to shade the sun while still allowing air flow through (if I like) by rolling the windows down.These come in a small stuff sack and they are very small and compact, making it simple to keep this stashed in your car side pocket when they are not in use. There’s a two-pack so you can put one on each side of the car, left and right.They are black mesh with a cute and colorful elephant print on them that’s appealing. Once they are stretched over the door frame, they really do cut down on the sunlight that comes into the car. It also means you will have a harder time seeing through those windows (which is why it makes sense to put them on the back windows).I think these would be nice especially for car camping, where the car will be in one place and not moving but you want to have air flow still. They seem to have good functionality in that they cover the window easily and block the sun well. They are easy to remove as you just lift them off of the door frame when you are done using them.

Great for keeping the car cool!
I was really pleased with these window shades.They go on super easily, just slide them over the frame of your door and close it, done. It does come with some velcro strips but I didn’t need them. You can kind of see through them, enough to make out hazards or obstacles, but they do obstruct the view so be aware of your reduced visibility when they’re installed.These keep your back seat fully shaded and really improved the temperature in our car while out and about. I’ll be keeping them on hand for whenever its super hot and sunny and the car will be parked outside for long periods.I would not recommend them for highway driving. Even at in-town speeds I was distracted by them vibrating/flapping and while I don’t think they would come off, they do mess with the aerodynamics of your vehicle.You can leave your windows down and not worry about bugs coming in, or things flying out! My kid did state though that he didn’t get much of a breeze through them even when we were driving with the windows down, the fabric blocked most of it but there was some air flow.
