THIS is the Dashboard Phone Mount You are Looking For…
There’s a lot to like with this Qi charging cellphone holder, and after using it for a while, I am happy to recommend it. It works great with my Samsung Galaxy S10e.I especially like its sleek design, and the fact that it opens and closes for phone placement by placing your phone near it and then in it.The suction base has a sticky surface on it that helps it adhere to almost any flat surface, even if there is a bit of texture to it. I put it in and now it’s almost impossible remove, so I think it will safely withstand the rigors of being on the dash.The seller also includes a vent clip that grips the vent vanes very firmly and won’t shake loose. This is a nice addition in case you want to take your holder with you when traveling to install in a rental car or move it from one vehicle to another.And finally, the price is very competitive for this item. You could pay more but not necessarily get more. It is a good value as well as being a nice product. My only regret is that I didn’t get it sooner!

Lots of features for the price!
I was surprised to see the arms open and close automatically with a motion sensor when it is plugged in…I did not gather that from the listing. Very sturdy, wireless charging works well, very adjustable to different angles and lengths when using the suction cup mount. Just what I was looking for! Comes with a USB C cord…good for center console mounting, probably not long enough if you want to mount to the left of your steering wheel. Note that it does not come with a 3M adhesive or disk for dashboard mounting.

Falls Flat—Literally! Unreliable Suction Makes This a No-Go
Disappointing Suction Performance — Not Reliable for Driving ConditionsI had high hopes for this car phone mount, but unfortunately, the suction mechanism that attaches to the windshield is unreliable. Despite following the instructions and thoroughly cleaning the surface beforehand, the mount consistently loses suction and detaches, especially during temperature changes or extended drives.This creates a serious issue: the phone holder falls off mid-drive, which is not only frustrating but potentially dangerous. I’ve tried reattaching it multiple times, but it fails to stay secure for more than a short period.While the automatic clamping and wireless charging features are convenient, the inability to trust the suction defeats the purpose. A car mount needs to be stable and dependable. Sadly, this one missed the mark. I recommend opting for a vent-mounted version or one with a more secure dashboard adhesive if you’re considering this model.

Window Mount Will NOT Work Above 90F
I’ve had this since November 2022 and last month the window mount just melted. The vent mount works but it likes to wiggle its way out over time so you have to check on it every now and then, the actual phone holder is secure and tight. One thing I’ve noticed though is that when it is charging wirelessly the wings will constantly try to close so you can hear the tiny motor going constantly.Anyways, the window suction cup and adhesive is not rated for any place where it gets actually hot outside (above 90F). On days like that I crack open my windows so the car doesn’t get as hot and I have a sun shield up but it’s the first time I’ve had something like this melt directly on my windshield.When it was suctioned on my dash it was also not very secure, the weight of my iphone 12 would pull it forward and make it come loose while driving. It was secure on the window but now it melted since summer has come around.Finally the USB charging cable that it comes with has started to peel off at the end connecting to the phone holder. I’m guessing it’s from all the bending when it gets turned from vertical to horizontal for navigation and such.Tl;dr the phone holder is pretty ok, it’s secure but it has issues with heat. If you’re in an area that maxes out around 80F it’s fine but the further south you go the worse it gets. Otherwise the phone holder itself works, securing options aside.

I have had for about 6 -8 months. Started out good. Now it is starting to work intermittently. Arms don’t always open and or close. Have to unplug and plug back in to get them to work at times. Charger does not charge when phone is in use while driving (maps, music). But it maintains current level. It is still nice and does what I need to most of the time

Elegant, innovative Car Charger and Mount
The item is really elegant. I love the shiny look. They provide you with a vent adapter and suction cup. This is the best In case you want to use different way. It comes with usb c charger which is faster than a regular micro usb or lightning cable. The mount has a sensor that can open the arms so you can put your phone. I used with iPhone 12 Pro Max without case and fits perfect. The charge time is really fast and holds very well. Definitely worth the price and will buy another one.

This is great
This works awesome! Put your phone up to it, the arms open automatically set the the phone in the cradle and the arms close. Then it starts to charge. It comes with a USB to C cord that plugs into the holder itself, no fiddling with cord on the phone. The suction cup is sticky and when you place it on your dash it holds tight. I use it in my 2019 Camaro and it holds tight. Anybody who knows how they ride knows they don’t ride like a Cadillac. To retrieve your phone just reach around the back and touch it and the arms open up. You won’t be disappointed.
