Loooove the smell of this thing. Very classy scent. It’s been about a month and it’s halfway gone. I could see it lasting 2 months. I bought a second one because I couldn’t find the refillable oil. I thought maybe when you signed up to be a VIP member, that’s how to order. But nope.Would love the to be able to purchase the oil itself.

This little car diffuser smells fantastic and looks way more elevated than your typical air freshener. It’s made with real wood and glass, so it doesn’t have that cheap plastic look that most car fresheners have. The design is minimalist and clean, and it honestly just looks like a little decor piece hanging from the rearview mirror.Getting it ready took all of about 30 seconds. It comes prefilled, so all you do is unscrew the wooden top, pull out the plastic stopper, and screw the top back on. If you want to use the vent clip instead, you just pop it onto the base after removing the top, replace the top, and hold it upside down for a few seconds to let the essential oil start diffusing through the wood. Super simple.The Luxus scent is described as a hotel lobby inspired fragrance with floral notes and subtle wood tones, and that’s pretty accurate. I opt for these types of scents whenever I can as they are totally my favorite!! It’s sophisticated and clean without being overpowering or headache-inducing, which is a big deal for me because I’m sensitive to strong artificial scents. After a few days it settled into this really pleasant, subtle background aroma that fills the car without being too much.Definitely worth mentioning that it comes with two ways to use it. Ok, so I love love love this car air freshener diffuser!I’m pretty picky about car air fresheners because so many of them either smell synthetic or look tacky hanging from the mirror. This one is neither. The real wood and glass construction gives it a polished, almost decorative feel, and the scent is subtle enough to enjoy without it smacking you in the face the second you open the car door.The whole setup process is effortless. It arrives prefilled with 8 ml of fragrance oil, so you just unscrew the wooden top, remove the little plastic stopper inside, and twist the top back on. That’s it. If you go the vent clip route instead of hanging it, you attach the clip to the base, replace the wooden top, and hold the whole thing upside down for a few seconds so the oil can start working its way through the wood. I had mine ready to go in under a minute.The fragrance has this soft, layered quality to it. There are floral notes mixed with a natural wood undertone that honestly reminds me of walking into a really nice 5 star hotel, you know the ones! It’s not perfumey or overwhelming at all. Vune Car Air Freshener Diffuser: Nice design, but scent is too light & misses the mark for me
The design is genuinely attractive with real wood construction and no cheap plastic, and the vent clip hooks onto the vent securely without any fuss. My issue is with the scent itself. It is noticeably faint for something marketed as a long-lasting, hotel-inspired fragrance, and there is a subtle musty undertone that lingers beneath the floral and wood notes. Once I noticed it, it was hard to ignore., but i also have a super duper sense of smell. The star deduction is really down to how light the scent is overall, since scent is the whole point of an air freshener. If a stronger throw is what you are after, this one may not be the right fit.
