Great for home gym!
These mats are great! Super easy to put together and they fit well and stay nice and tight. They look great and can be cut to size if needed. They are very cushy to walk on barefoot. I’m using for a home gym on concrete and my feet don’t hurt at all after use so they have a lot of support to only be a half inch thick. Would be great for a workshop or playroom too to protect the floors. I ordered 4 sets to make this size space (see picture) and I’m very happy. Now to commit to using the home gym!

Another great CAP purchase!
We have a home gym. It has a concrete floor because when knew when building our home we were going to use the space as a weight room so we intentionally did not put flooring down. (It’s in our finished basement.) I had two teenage boys at the time (now adults) and we purchased this flooring to help with the noise and to protect the floor from accidents.I initially put this flooring down in 2017. It’s was super easy to install, wall to wall. It does get thinner over time, but I just recently replaced our flooring, so it lasted a good 8 years. There weren’t any holes or any significant reason to replace it other than normal wear and tear. This flooring has been used and abused daily and has held up very well. I highly recommend it. It’s relatively inexpensive and easy to put down, it can be cut to fit with a utility knife or scissors if necessary. We have two golden retrievers, they don’t normally go in there, but their paws/nails don’t hurt it and it’s easy to clean with a broom or vacuum. We also clean it weekly with disinfectant. We have never been let down by CAP products, great quality without breaking the bank!

Just what we needed
We have a few areas/projects that we bought these foam pads for. One lining the bottom of our husky tool box to avoid the bolts scraping things and provide a more even surface to lay things on. The second thing we are using these for are to put under mattresses and seat benches for our pop up trailer. These were easy to cut down in to sizes we needed. They seem sturdy and a decent thickness for what we’re using them for. I’ll update more picture and effectiveness of these soon. These came in 2 packages, 1- 6 piece and 1- 12 piece.

Decent gym mats
Great mats. A little thin and slippery but seem to be alright for the price.

Excellent for space saving
Is great to workout on. Thick enough to be comfortable on sore joints and back. Easy to put down for workouts and take back apart to store. Works way better than my yoga mat. Would recommend. Can’t beat the price either.

very cushiony
These are very high quality and very cushiony. I live in an apartment building and purchased these to place under a golf hitting mat so that I would not disturb the neighbors below me when practicing. It’s actually made the hitting mat very comfortable to stand on. The interlocking function is great and keeps the attached mats together. They didn’t come with any offensive odor to them. My only gripe, which is very minor, is that they’re not very grippy with my hardwood floor and slide a bit at times.

Very useful foam tiles to have….
Nice, large foam squares that are useful for all kinds of applications. Good overall value too!!

Just ok, but not a permanent solution for your home gym.
These exercise mats serve their purpose for a time but some of them don’t fit together properly or pull apart over time. The picture I included shows what they looked like when I first got them installed and they look great. However, I had to keep my plates on them to leave them looking so nice and over the course of the few months I’ve owned them the four mats on the left side shifted and no longer fit together with the rest of the mat properly. Now they just sit propped up against the wall of my weight room. Overall, the mats kind of work but I assume more will shift as time goes on and I’ll eventually have to replace it with something sturdier and more expensive. As a semi-temporary solution they work, kind of. I still have them in my home gym and the ones under the power cage are still doing fine with no signs of wear, but it might not be the best option for weightlifters planning to do a lot of dynamic lifts.

They were exactly what was described. I used them for the floor in my ice fishing tent. They made a big difference.
